Is it 20,000 or 200,000, check your figures OP. There is no source of this information because I just did a quick search. However, people are free to move Bitcoin from one wallet to another so I don't see anything special about this news. I don't really care about such news because they are orchestrated to promote FUD.

Wow, it's a big move, definitely from the whales.  200000 BTC is not a small fund it's a very huge and a huge fund in today's time where BTC is trading above $40k and moving this fund to coinbase will come in the eyes of everyone.  I don't think that someone will do such a big transfer.  We will not believe your post until you edit your post and provide the source from where you can get this news so that we will confirm it.  You are a newbie if you don't know then I can tell you that when posting a new like this a every type you have to provide the link so that others can find it easily and confirm it.  We are looking for your response when you add the source link.

Looking your timestamp of posting, i didn't see any tweet from whale alert such amount of transfer. Although there is $200k[1] or 5500 BTC transfer but from unknown to unknown wallet, while there is 2310 BTC or $97k from unknown to coinbase[2]. So there's nothing near to what you have posted. And lastly, it doesn't matter.

People have to understand the needs to providing source to any information they are bringing here, especially when th case warrant for such, it makes their whole story have meaning when it was referenced, but on the other to end, who cares about moving assets from one wallet to another, how does that move the market or change my personal pause, this is not the first time we will be seeing whales moving coins to and fro.

I just picked up my phone to make this reply, but guess what it does not matter to anyone, the fact that you made it suspicious talking about unknown wallet, yes it's meant to be an unknown wallet because you aren't expected to know all the Wallet.
The fact that Bitcoin transaction can be transparent doesn't officially make you a detective snooping on other people's business uninvited.

I don't care about the transfer of that much bitcoin, because often seeing from twitter there are those who send bitcoin from unknown wallets ranging from 100 BTC to tens of thousands of BTC it is not a big problem let alone a crash for the market, maybe they just want to save or BTC that bitcoin exchange.

OP is a Newbie.  Back in the day I used to sit for hours at my desk looking at every single new Bitcoin Transaction on Block Explorers.  I actually thought that would help me in some sort of way.  It is interesting to see how millions of Dollars move every now and then but that is all.  I find it funny now seeing todays Newbies doing the same silly thing I used to do.

Soon we will see people telling, "hey bud, 1 bitcoin has been moved, 100 bitcoin has been moved, 1k bitcoin has been moved". You know the pattern.

But by that time, the price might be higher and could be around $100k so that makes sense to some new folks in the community. And that's fine.

By the way OP, we're done with these news no matter what is the amount of the transfers made, it's no longer going to affect most of us. Let them move their bitcoins and we will move ours as well.

And that's why I totally ignored those kind of alerts from that source. Most of the time for inexperience investors, they could take this as negative and become nervous and suddenly push the sell button. And then this whales are very happy scooping those BTC from noobs.

That's great - it means someone did it, but who cares?
No need to scare people with thousands of btc going from one wallet to another - people are already fed up with that, except for 20,000 btc from a hacker's wallet. Avoid FUD and let it happen because you might also find tens of thousands of btc withdrawn from exchanges on the same day.

I mean, it's a lot of bitcoins worth a lot of money, but exactly what's the point of your post? Are you trying to FUD? I don't think that people on this forum get scared easily, especially because many already experienced several bear markets so someone who moves a lot of bitcoins is not a big news at all. To be honest it shouldn't be a news at all.
