Now, example, if wanting 95% of probability to have a confirmation within 0.5h, the given fee rate estimation is 492.7 sat/vbyte. If you want to have 50% of probability of a confirmation, use 403.4 sat/vbyte.
I don't see the website's guide and I don't know the unit of fee rate for estimation but it is sat/vbyte
