I don't use any casino that's not KYC compliance, its just my own decision because the bad experience I has was on a casino with no KYC and it doesn't end well, I felt like their games are rigged, this was a long time ago though, right now even if a casino doesn't ask for KYC it doesn't mean they won't.

You never know if you're going to win or not. Do you think that if you send ETH instead of BTC it will change your odds?

i think, the harder part for the OP to find a bookie with all his mentioned prerequisites is because of the no kyc item. as most reputable sites now are licensed, they need to enforce the aml/kyc policy as mandated by their licensing authority. however, there are still some bookies who have their kyc in place, but not strictly implementing it or they have allowable accumulated deposits and withdrawals before they ask their player to comply their kyc.

For KYC issues, Stake actually only needs basic data equipment and does not require a photo of personal identification. This is just a formality in my opinion. It's true that if we have an old account there we just have to restore it, this basic KYC only applies to new accounts.

Regarding VPN, I use tunnelbear and so far it has worked smoothly without any problems.
