If you were impacted you have until 26th January 2024 to prove your debts owned.
Notice is hereby given that creditors of the Bankrupt’s estate are required, on or before 26 January 2024 to prove their debts by sending their full names and addresses, particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the Officeholders at MHA, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, Barbican, London, EC2Y 5AU.
If so required by notice from the Officeholders, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Officeholders consider is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.
