I'm doing some research on ASIC miner hardware and would like to know what materials the hardware is actually made of. What I have already found out is that there are quite a few chips on one hashboard and that there are several hashboards. But for the specific ASICs I'm interested in (S19, S19j pro and S19 xp) I can't find any specific trustworthy info on the number of chips, number of hashboards and especially the chip size/DIE area. All I know is which chips are installed in these devices. Does anyone know of any trustworthy or less trustworthy sources?

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Most of the detailed specifications of the chip are not available.

What I would advise is to buy chips on AliExpress can get them for a few $ each.

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003187958359.html

The Antminer BM1362AJS is for the 19j / S19j Pro and the S19j Pro hash board has a total of 126 BM1362AJ chips.

Maybe others can share the dimentions and other spec lists if they have.

Hi, this is the Antminer ASIC chip adaptation table compiled by ZEUS MINING.

Among them, the number of ASIC chips in the same series of machines may be different. For example, the number of ASIC chips on a hash board of Antminer S19 95T is 76, but the number of chips on a 90T hash board maybe 88 or 126. The S19j pro hash board has 126 BM1362 chips and the S19XP hash board has 110 BM1366 chips.
If you want to know the exact amount, you need to look at the markings on the hash board.
