We were thought that we should give respect to our parents those days but our teachers was not so much mentioned in the picture but it is true we should give respect to both because they are our guardians, the parents has a role to play in their children life so is the teacher too, when a child is in the school without his parents, the teacher is now in control of whatever the child does and if he or she does not correct the child is the need arises, this child might go astray because of lack of direction and correction, the impact of teachers on the parents is so enormous, so kudos should be given to them always to honour this efficient gesture of theirs.

I can't remember if we were thought to give respect only to our parents,  growing up as a child we were thought to respect every elderly person.  Teachers are also seen as our guardian because their role was not only to teach but also to correct and rebuke the child . It is a taboo to disrespect our teachers and it was very rare those days to see children disrespecting teachers. As for parents they are like our god on earth that we look up to for blessing.

Here I have to be agreed with you about this all but now as we are heading for the tech pro future things are going from bad to worse because I have read on too many places like social media and newspapers we are losing kindness for them and peoples are going more selfish which is surely creating problems in many countries even this is our best value, but now all are gone in past of history books because cruelty and hypocrisy are the new main principles of the peoples those are achieving good things into their lives even this all is happening just because of these parents and teachers without them, we can't do anything in our lives good for having our best.

The infant learning is the role of the teachers and the parents, when I was young I went through different stages of learning which i  know that many of us did too, and through this stage it was my parents and my teachers I see everyday, though our parents helps alot in carrrying out this duty but our teacher does too when our parents is not around in their jurisdiction.
Till this moment I always remember what my teacher then did for me, despite that it has been a while all this happened but I still remember all their good deeds for me, the impaction of knowledge, corrections when am wrong, more especially directing rightly, I so much appreciate them for this.

The teacher is responsible for playing the rule of a guidian in the school for the children while parent would take there own roles when the children is at home. In most cases, we often concentrate on the children because they are growing up and wouldn't want them to got mixed up with the society influence with bad manners, some of our adults and grown up men were also not left out in these altogether, we must value our parents and teachers if really we wanted same thing to be reciprocated back on us, we are whom we are today through the influence of our parents and the love from our teachers who had vested alot on us.

However, I believe that one of the most serious problems that parents and instructors face today is a lack of time. Both parents frequently work outside the house, and teachers are overworked and underpaid, making it difficult to find time to engage in the education and growth of their children. This is particularly true for parents who are trying to make pay their bills and may lack the means to arrange cultural events for their children. So, when it comes to spending time with children, we must prioritize character above number. This entails making the most of the time provided rather than attempting to fit in as many activities as needed.

However, I believe that one of the most serious problems that parents and instructors face today is a lack of time.

I will agree for parents to lack the time to properly take care of the children which is the primary purpose of taking the children out from the home even at very tender age to be taken care of by other people known as teachers or care givers but I don't agree that teachers don't have time to do their job since they are assigned for it with time allotted for it. The challenge that teachers have is that of over labour and low salary for the time they put in and the stress on the job.

Instead of speaking in riddles, maybe focus on the facts any why you should give that respect? For some of us we can only respect our parents after forgiving them, and in that way when we have dealt with potential traumas they caused, we can focus on raising our own kids. An why should they automatically respect us?

Let's start from the part of government, as they have ability to lay a groundwork for parents. They can value parenting by support parents longer during their parental leave. In that way parents have time to actually raise their kids. Parents themselves need to earn respect from their kids by raising them well. They will naturally accept parent's authority if it makes sense and they deserve it.

If you have kids that aren't behaving at all, you most likely are doing something wrong. You shouldn't just except respect just because you did respect to your parents. It's parent's job to earn it. Kids don't have much responsibility over that when they are just kids.

For example raising kids doesn't happen by doing absolutely minimum. It's a continous effort and learning for parents too. There are ton of free material in the net from professionals that parents should study instead of just winging it.

Majority of problems that i we see from outside, are caused by parents that are either hurting their kids or giving up because of tantrum. Or in worst case are doing both of them.

For example parent's shouldn't back down just because of tantrum, as only thing kids learn from that is that they get more by throwing even bigger tantrum.

Giving up on tantrum or trying to make feel kids happy all the time are ways to set them up for anxiety later in life, as these kids will learn that they can get things by getting mad, and are incapable to deal with disappointment. Nor they will be equipped to deal with any other negative feelings if they are not allowed in the house.

One of the most important things for a parent is to help their kids to navigate and learn about their feelings. Because ability to deal with emotions will help them to have emotional capability to understand others, and deal with their own feelings in healthy way. Suppressing emotions isn't the key because that will only lead to the fact that these kids are controlled by emotions they don't understand or regocnize. They will become easy to manipulate because of that as well.

I have been a professor, and student(s) have promoted violence against me, and the universities have inevitably sided with the student(s) who made the threats of violence against me. The people on this site also side with the student(s) who promote violence against me because the people on this site are bloodthirsty. What is the result of this mess? The result is that people who have college degrees are worth absolutely nothing. They are all wastes of the meat on their bones (unlike a good steak).

Well, that is a peculiar situation, because in aggression case, at least authorities should have sided with you and prosecuted the students for their acts of violence and moral harassment. Anyway, it doesn't mean every educational institutions will allow this kind of behavior from their students against the professors. There are serious and organized environments where discipline is still endured by the ones ruling the institutions. You are probably talking about the uselessness of a degree due to the negative emotional state you have experienced as professor, although you know it's not useless like that.

Maybe you just should seek for work opportunities in another educational institutions, where employees are respected and valued by the whole community, including students and parents. Due to one bad experience inside a field, we can't judge every other elements on that same field will be negative as well.

Parents has done a great job in the life of children to ensure they have a brighter future by making all the requirements the children need to go to school to learn from their teachers  and to stand for all the responsibility through out the children education.

Children needs the parental guidance so that they'd know what's wrong and what's right and also how they'd act according to their consciences. Having the childs growing on their own without a guidance is like a societtjat preaches about laws  even when they don't observe the laws. So basically no one breaks the law unless there's one on existence.
The society is made up of different occupants and of which associating within a society also has it's facilities on how it can also spread learnings is different categories.
Without the childhood opportunity to learning, I bet that everyone would go astray because there'd certainly be no course for justifications and doing the right things would be unnecessary simply because there's no just ability to figure out errors from their own endivoirs and so as others too.
So the faculty of learning and guidance should extremely be observed and deserves respected in returns.
