Parents and teachers are ones who play vital role in victory . Our parents do everything for us, they earn for us, they put all efforts to educate us. There is one person who should be discuss. This person is your teacher. Parents takes a person from sky to land and teachers take  your from land to sky. Teacher echances the glory of the
Person. Teacher guides a person, what to do? and what not to do? He guides all aspects of life.
He teaches how to debate with a person who is smaller than you and how to debate with a person who is larger than you. Teachers give knowledge without any personal benefit. They give a path to their students for success in life. They teach them manners that  should be in mind.

Everyone says  , do not waste time, time is very precious. I says, do not waste time because time is life and life is unique thing which price can't be pay. Just as we cannot revive a human being, we cannot regain the time if passed. Like we cannot stop the flowing water but we can give direction to the flowing water, Similarly, we cannot stop running time  but we can use this time in creative work. This is clear justice of nature that gives everyone 86400 seconds in one day. Now it's up to him, he wastes his time or not only fills the colour in his life but fills the color in the  universe.
If we want to be successful in life  , we should give importance to 1 -1 second of life. Time is like a lying pearl in deep ocean which is impossible to gain. Everybody has same time but it changes  personality of all people.

I have been a professor, and student(s) have promoted violence against me, and the universities have inevitably sided with the student(s) who made the threats of violence against me. The people on this site also side with the student(s) who promote violence against me because the people on this site are bloodthirsty. What is the result of this mess? The result is that people who have college degrees are worth absolutely nothing. They are all wastes of the meat on their bones (unlike a good steak).

Teacher's are very instrumental to the formation of children and lately they have be given loads of responsibility with the rate of parents not staying at home especially the mother.

Femism and the gender interplay has really caused some changes since women dominant role of taking care of the home front and catering for the children now leave the house to work in search of money to add to what the man earns. With this the children are left with teachers for a greater part of their lives.

Teachers are very important in the society and October 5th have been set outside globally to celebrate them for their good jobs.

However, some teachers have been alleged or found to be bad influence to the children, so government need to really do a proper recruiting process before allowing somebody the responsibility of being a teacher.

Respecting parents and teachers is really important. They have the experience & knowledge that can guide us in making wise decisions & shaping our character. Ofcourse, respect is very important and it's earned not demanded. Responsible people, or people who do right always are given more respect by the wise than those who aren't, despite the age. The wise are more respected than  fools despite the age... But all this virtues typically increases as we age. The elders are suppose to be wiser and more responsible hence deserve more respect. The younger could be wiser and more responsible if they have more light in them... so, the respect will come to them more, but this does not mean they should disrespect the elders because that will diminish their wisdom and reputation as responsible people. Besides, elders or biological parents deserve respect since they already earned that by being older. They earn more if they aren't foolish and irresponsible.

The more mature I become, the more I realize a truth in life about "heart grateful", it connects us not only as humans in the present but also with the next generations or even all species. Teachers and parents are people that contributes to someone's moral life and success. This is because the parents are there to guide and teach us at most times when we are still young but the teachers are there to teach us when our parents are not there. Teachers should be valued in the society, because they are the ones training the future leaders.

Those students who don't respect their teachers are from homes where there is domestic violence between parents. The way students behave in school determines how their parents treat them at home. If a child grows up seeing his parents quarrel, he'd be aggressive in school and also be disobedient. Teachers are expected to have a bit of knowledge of emotional intelligence, and not to be offended when a child misbehaves. Teachers shouldn't flog students or fight them in school, it only worsens the problem of that child, emotionally. Since our society depends on the works of these two people, the society needs to groom quality parents and teachers. Parents these days don't know the duty of being a parent, they misuse the responsibility of parenthood. Children grow up with no love and kindness, female children don't get the right grooming from their Father hence they don't know how to treat a man. Most time they find it difficult to stay in a good relationship with a man, because, instead of meeting their dad for advice, they run to their mother to teach them about men.

Dude. Stop the clowning around. None of you respect any of your teachers. Schools are filled with violence. Universities promote violence. I was a professor, so I know. Universities refuse to apologize for promoting violence against me. Until they do this, I will assume that all students are always incredibly disrespectful 100 percent of the time and that they only want to promote violence against me.

The teacher is our second parent if we are in school, we should really respect the teachers because if it is not because of them we will not learn either. Even if they are teachers, they are still studying just to teach us what we don't know yet, I hope we can appreciate what they are doing if it wasn't for them we wouldn't be able to graduate with knowledge. It's the same with our parents, we don't just give respect but also love and caring because they are the ones who have been instrumental in making us whole. Parents and teachers are very important in our path to survival and success. Children are born knowing nothing, it is the parents and teachers that help in the development of the child to the age of maturity. Parents and teachers give us all the support and encouragement we need to become responsible citizens. But we don't just respect our teachers and parents, everybody deserves respect. Other agents of socialisation have contributed greatly to our success so they also deserve recommendation and respect.

Sadly we now have parents who support children to do evil. Parents now help their children to engage in examination malpractice and other forms of criminality. In my country, parents now send their children to schools where they can learn how to engage in all forms of scams and fraudulent activities. We have had issues where mothers force their female children into prostitution. Some teachers are not also helping matters because they sometimes molest children kept in their custody. Some of these evil teachers sexually and financially exploit students.

Parents and teachers always plays a good role to the life of every individuals that is why when a child had a bad parents with poor parenting training it affects the child and also when a teacher is not good enough to train a child too it affects the child. Back then students often see their teachers as their second parents, after class we stay back have discussion with them most things we are not quite bold to discuss with our parents we do with our teachers.

Nowadays student now find it funny to bully their teachers, chase them out of the class without considering the important role of this person if they should be able to keep calm and learn from them. Those teachers are also somebody's parent and will always wish good for every of their students.
It is known that children spends more time with their teachers than parents except during the week days so teachers have the very responsibility to educate a child not just academically but also moral.
