Anyway, I did some Bera testnet stuff back in the day, may be for couple weeks and I was rewarded with hefty 1.6 BERA tokens, lol. Plus, from what I gather from discussions around, most testnet participants, if not all — were disappointed with this airdrop.

Still better to get 1.6 BERA lol while I myself worked on this testnet for months not getting anything. hahaha
If the discussion on Discord and X doesn't get an allocation there.

^  I did a little bit of Bera testnet on and off too during V1 and B2.  I got a tad over 7 BERA which was surprising because I didn't really do much.  It's probably because of the Curvance testnet in Bartio network. 

So are those who get hundreds of BERA with a completed testnet? I saw someone get 500 BERA.

^  I did a little bit of Bera testnet on and off too during V1 and B2.  I got a tad over 7 BERA which was surprising because I didn't really do much.  It's probably because of the Curvance testnet in Bartio network.  I heard the Curvance devs are working closely with other devs from other projects.  Afaik, they're working closely together with the guys at Monad.  Curvance is also funded by Wormhole which also closely works together with Monad.

So yeah...  Things are gonna get interesting.  With Berachain TGE out of the way, all eyes are on Monad. 

I got only a fewer tokens of Bera. I was too concerned with my total txs, and forgot to use all of its eco. I saw some were only did 50 - 100 txs good hundreds of tokens. 1 - 3 txs in any app on Bera eco.

It sucks, and give me a lesson if total txs are not important, a few tx is enough as long as we can use all of apps on its eco.

I may be doing it on Monad, hopefully, it will work out.

^  I heard Monad's testnet will last only 25 days.  So if it's not gated only for the guys with the nad role in their Discord, it's def best that we try each testnet protocol at least once.

But if the first few days it's just for the people with the nad role, before opening it up for everyone, then I would def think the testnet will be incentivized.

I've seen Monad has a plan to launch its mainnet at Q1, since we are at february, and most probably next month. No doubt their test net won't last long.

I also very disappoint how their roles are only for their circle. It's hard to get nads role when their admins didn't even know so well who you are.

^  No, I have heard that it will be anytime before July.  But testnet is def coming this month their account in the Twitz have already dropped strong hints.

And yeah, hard to get a role there now.  I think the ones that did were the early ones in Discord.  But as the amount of people in there got harder to manager, they had to be more picky on who to give to nad role to.  And it's fair as these things are sybilled to the tits.  They have to be picky.

I've been hearing that some members of their community are asking for a community sale.  Must be nice to get in that.  Lol.

I also get more or less the same allocation as you, only get a little compared to those who get more, even i see in the telegram airdrop channel, on average getting hundreds and even thousands. I don't know if my wallet is affected by sybil or what, while i do a lot of transactions, this allocation distribution is not fair in my personal assumption.

For anybody who wants to have a chance in getting into the most likely 'next big airdrop' aka Monad, then prolly hold these more 'affordable' NFTs... 

Pythenians, Monad and PYTH are best buddies.  Floor price is 4.24 SOL as of now.  There's also the Wassieverse NFTs.  These are ugly looking ones but the founder invested in the private round of Monad.  So good chance his community gets an airdrop.  Floor price now is kinda pricey at 8.35 SOL rn but one of the 'cheaper ones' compared to Lads and Pudgies.  And there's the Sappy Seals.  Same with Wassieverse.  The founder was also in the private funding round and his team is making a game for Monad L1.  Floor price is at .711 ETH.

But yeah, the most value given if it does make one eligible for the airdrop is the Pythenian.  As always this is NFA.

So there are some Kaito price table predictions going around CT and there's one guy that thinks each YAP could sell for around 133 USD at TGE.  I'm gonna find it an post it here later when I'm not lazy but yeah...  It you have a Twitter account with a decent following then I guess you guys could start grinding for YAPs and get a decent airdrop.  Sadly my Twitter account is dead with a low follower count and I was mostly active in MMA stuff. 

Would've been nice to get an airdrop just for posting in CT.

Yeah I get it.  After Layer Zero's airdrop even the infamous airdrop guy CC2 at CT stopped making his calls public.  Pretty sure he's still clicking buttons but more discretely this time.  He fkced up the Layer Zero airdrop by making evetything public.  It must have made the devs more hesitant as they've discovered that they're network was sybilled way waaay hard.  I think it wasn't the case when Brian Pellegrino was making presentations as he was so proud of the numbers the network was making a year before the airdrop.  Pretty sure he didn't realize that it was mostly sybils.  Lolol.

Anyway, KAITO claims just went online hour or so ago.  Congrats to the ones who got them.

^  Yeah, there could be an airdrop as these things are sometimes incentivized.  But don't expect too much tho as the bigger drops could go to the guys who have the nad role or better in their discord and the guys who are holding NFT's that are somehow connected or aligned with Monad and its founders.

Some of these NFT's are a bit expensive but the cheaper ones that could make one eligible for an airdrop are Pythenians, Sappy Seals and Wassie Verse.  But again, fair warning...  These could also not make you eligible for an airdrop.  There's always a risk.  So if you want to start out, just go for the testnet.

Noted on that. But in your experience with testnets, do the incentives depend on the number of transactions you made during the open testnet?

^  I mean with Monad specifically, even though they want tesnet users to keep using it and 'break the chain', I don't think it would really add more to the airdrop.  Dunno tho...  But if you feel like you wanna use it then just go ahead and have fun with it.

As for what really would give an airdrop, I think the Discord roles in their server would matter a lot.  Last year the guys with the nad role were given 8000 W tokens which was worth around 15k USD at listing.  It's hard getting the role tho.  I can't even get full access in there.

If you guys are sick of memes in Solana and would want to get that DeFi summer feelz back then head on to Sonic.  And here's the kicker...  There's an airdrop coming on June.  So everybody who's using the different protocols and projects in the L1 will start accruing points.

It's really a less risky way to grind an airdrop as you could yield farm stables for a decent APY while getting those points.  

And if you just want to trade you'll notice that Sonic is less j**ty than Solana.  Feels like the start of the bull market in here.

Hmmm...  It's looking like the whole crypto market is going into bear territory if this sell down keeps going.  Well if we're really going into a bear market then you guys should stick around and start looking around for new airdrop plays.

Some of the biggest gains that were made at the bull market started during the bear market via airdrop farming different protocols.  So be on the look out and don't take them for granted.

Here's a tip, they will mostly happen in newer protocols like HyperEVM, Monad and Bera.

Hmm... I don't know if this is going to be a reality where Metamask will release their tokens?
This is still uncertain because Metamask themselves did not discuss this matter while the LogX platform added a pre-market listing of $MASK will this be a reality?

Then I thought if this is the case, could there be a potential airdrop of Metamask tokens?

^  Is that even real?  If so then why airdrop a token now?    It's starting to feel like other wallets like Phantom, Rabby, Backpack, Trust Wallet and Coinbase, OKX's wallets are gaining in user count against Metamask. 

But I don't think they're airdrop tbh.

Anyway, how are you guys doing with Monad testnet?  Looks like this thing is running for a couple more weeks before mainnet launch and TGE at around April.  I think this is gonna be a decent drop for guys with the nad role and select NFT communities.
