As for the unofficial checker, I'd avoid it as it will just raise your expectations or disappoint you.  But some guys at CT seem happy so they prolly got their expectations raised.  They'll be disappointed if the real number isn't the number give in the unofficial checker. 

I think most airdrops in 2025 will disappoint.

The official claim page has been released here https://claim.zora.co/ but there seems to be a lot of dissatisfaction and I am the same considering the claim process was launched after the token was listed 2 hours ago on some major exchanges. I must admit for those who have spent money to create NFTs in the past, it might be worth it but since I wasn't really focused on it, so I only received less than $10. Lol

As I feel --- in hindsight - there have been many NFT mints in the past but now that the airdrops are getting $ZORA this little is definitely not worth what was spent. People get tens of thousands of $ZORA how much do they spend?

But really, if you have the bankroll, give HyperEVM a try.  Do a few swaps in Hyperswap and LP some of the pairs.  That's all I'm doing in Hyperliquid rn besides staking HYPE.  I'm waiting for Kinetiq tho, for liquid staking stuff.  Out of all possible airdrops in that eco, I think Hyperswap and Kinetiq will airdrop the most.  NFA.

Zora is most disappointed airdrop this year i guess. I saw many who spent like a few thousands USD on its platform got only 10% ROI from what they have spent. Things worsen when dev is also farming for themselves. They even selling their tokens before airdrop distributed.

I hope no more airdrop will be doing shady things like that. All of my friends lost 90% of their money on Zora.

Don't expect too much because airdrops are difficult to guess how much ROI will be generated even though you have spent thousands of USDT to make transactions and the like, we are not only in Zora who are disappointed, some previous projects are also a lot like this.

But some people are still happy that there is compensation from INIT (Initia) claims, this is a decent amount and the price is quite good in the market.
Most people get 1500 INIT for around $1000 USD.

Total disappointment specially to those who had been that spending up some funds for them to grind for the drop. The price wasnt that supposed to be expected to be that way but of course we do know that this isnt the first time that we do see these kind of disappointment when it comes to value.

I have seen this on other thread on which spending up $1,058 worth of $ETH in gas fees to get $3 airdrop amount.

Airdrop ROI is always random. However, considering Zora raised 60 million, but still farmed their own tokens. It's really unacceptable. A lot of people are also getting unfair distribution as well.

As for Init, it's totally a different mechanism of airdrop. It costed us our time because of it's only a testnet only. The narrative is totally different when it's being compared to the Zora. I admit all of Init airdrop participants get rewarded worth like what they have contributed during the incentivized testnet period.

That's why i think sometimes retrodrop didn't pay us well for the money we have spent on the platform. Testnet always serves a better reward than retrodrop, but cost nothing.

I was about to ask how the INIT airdrop was...  Getting 1k USD ain't shabby at all.  Nice cook guys.  The next one up that's prolly also good is Mitosis.  I had the Morse NFT but sold it to use the proceeds in Hyperliquid.  I should've bought it back but forgot.  Lol.

As for the Zora one, the sad thing about it was CT influencers that tweeted about it got huge sums of the token, while the real users got less than peanuts.

With the huge funding raised, it is not guaranteed, but the distribution mechanism of the team must be fair.

The INIT team is indeed a good cook.
I now no longer follow Mitosis now, while for Hyperliquid still staking there is not moving anywhere, I will forget until the price returns.

There is injustice here. Lol while CT influencers are the usual privilege for the team.

I spent nearly 200 USD on minting fees on Zora and got like 230 $ZORA tokens (approx worth 5 USD). Zora has been one of the worst airdrops since I started farming airdrops.

I'm currently working on my digital footprint on Inkchain, Sonenium and Unichain mostly through Layer3. I think u will directly position yourself for the next OP drop when it comes.

Beside EVM projects, I think Mitosis should drop soon and it will pay off decent. Also, Layerzero will have a second season. I saw INIT airdropped the top 2000 Layerzero users (continue used after airdrop). I recommend also keep interacting with Layerzero.

Anyway, Monad snapshot feels close.  Maybe in a couple of weeks?

I'm not really certain about Monad. It is a testnet and most testnet don't pay off much since it is free. Also, Monad is being farmed alot. I did request tokens from the faucet and did some on-chain activity like minting, swapping, trading.

It sounds tempting but in fact Mitosis is getting greedier by targeting big liquidators who are ready to put in more ETH and prioritizing big influencers to drive the bullish narrative in Kaito. I will not take too much risk even though I get an allocation and because I am only a small user so for me only take the free part when they launched the testnet in the past. After Mainnet Mitosis target is big gamblers who are ready to stake a lot of ETH.

Hypio holders have been airdropped some memecoins.  Lol.  They're not airdrops amounting to 5 figs, but they're still decent ones going for over 5k USD for RUB after the pump, over 300 USD for EVM and a small airdrop from LUBE.

It's funny cos these airdrops made Hypio trend up from around 180 HYPE to over 230 HYPE which is a decent jump for an NFT.  And it's not the serious airdrops yet.  Words swirling around that a Hypio would go for over 1000 HYPE when HL DeFi protocols start airdropping to the Hypio community.

Just something to be aware of.

Some words swirling around that Monad airdrop is right around the corner.  If you have your nad role then consider yourself lucky.  I think the role could be worth 4 figs just by having it.

If you're interacting with the testnet then I hope you got your soul bound NFT as I think that's worth a little bit of airdrop too.  It was distributed a month or so ago.

If you don't have both then hopefully you're holding the NFTs that could get eligibility like Mad Lads and Pudgy Penguins which are expensive.  Cheaper options that might get eligibility are Pythenians, Wassies and Sappy Seals.

Another chance to get eligibility is staking W and PYTH tokens.

If you have a small bankroll, farming airdrops are the way to go.  So yes, it's worth the try.  But I'd avoid trading spot or perps at HyperCore unless you know what you're doing.  But doing some stuff in HyperEVM via lending, borrowing and liquid staking could get you some points.  Nothing is official yet but I think this time around the devs are doing it like how Arbitrum did it.
