The sol team has used this time to pump their coin because there has already been positivity in the market since the start of the month of octobar. This hype will eventually died down with any form of major correction in the bitcoin market. If a major correction happens i am expecting SOL to have a big crash as the rally they made was super high and those who brought sol under 20$ will start dumping their sol to buy bitcoin cheap. I think many whales already did that and it will have big impact for sure.

well we are still far from the all time high, I doubt the trend with solana gonna be fading, after all, it can be just having correction these days and might climb back up again in the future no one knows.
we are so doubtful with solana back then when it was still sub $20, we again doubtful even when solana price rising more than $60, same thing with when solana was still $80 but now solana is already $100 and probably might be trying to hit its former all time high again in the future, the thing with solana is that the pump have uncanny similarities with meme coin it just kept going up and up and might be stuck at the top since the demand for solana is good enough to mantain it added with the fact that solana is a blockchain that is quite popular having so many dapps deployed in the blockchain means there will be much and much more demand for the coin going on forward.

It seems for me the hype of Solana right now is different from the last bull run, in which it started to reach its all-time high.
What I can see right now is Solana reacted late versus the other altcoins like Ethereum, because as you can see, Bitcoin price action and Ethereum price action is almost correlated with each other, then on Solana, I can say it just follows Ethereum and Bitcoin late already with extremely high price action upward.

What is dawn on you is not a good thing, you see a project being appreciated this much and you still have doubts about it? Well, you might have your reasons for that even though you are not constructive about the reason why you believe that SOL's projects will fail. But in my opinion, it will not fail and more tokens will use the blockchain over time. This is actually the time of SOL, no wonder it grew so fast and the last time I saw it on the Coinmarketcap, it was at the 4th position. This should continue over time and I expect SOL to be the third-rated cryptocurrency this time, and if care is not taken in the next bull run after the one we expect now, it might even displace Ethereum.

This might surprise many, but the truth is that everyone should watch out for the unexpected. What has not happened before will begin to happen in order to shake the crypto space over time. However, for those who can still take the risk, SOL might hit $1,000 by 2025, it's either you take it or leave it, it will happen. My understanding about the hype is because of the airdrops, the phone that has 300 BONKS in it, and Gameshift. Another reason may be FTX exchange is pumping the coin behind the back as they still hold a good amount of SOL. I think you're right here, it wont last long or forever, many meme coins has released in the Solana blockchain lately and I completely agree that most of them will totally die out. So buying Solana now may be a risk.

Yeah, they've seen that there's a positive feedback from the community and that's why it seems that it's like an unstoppable gain that we've seen.

Yes. It's all about the "free money". Whales are manipulating this coin real hard for their own benefit. The "dump" could be bigger than the "pump" once the hype ends. Unless FTX makes a comeback and Solana gets a spot ETF approved by the SEC, I don't see it going anywhere soon. Only a prolonged bullish market driven by BTC, will allow SOL to retain high prices for long. It's still far below its ATH of nearly $200 per coin.

People are move by emotions and Solana whales are very good at what they are doing. The price was originally triggered by aidrop by ANALOS and the euphoria part of the run was the special airdrop that was allocated for Solana mobile phones. Those who bought the phones back then in 2021 where giving more than $5k worth and that was how the pump gain attraction of many traders including the market makers, you can see that there no utility here but a revival of price so that the big players that lost money are trying to attract more liquidity so they can pull out their investment.

Bonk was part of the movement why Solana has pumped like this, there is no much total value lock up on the chain and this is to tell you that the team are not building and if they are, then they are very limited in numbers. The mobile phone was even a failure because it seems people didn't use the phone like how they expected and now, they are using these Airdrops as blueprint to make people to purchase the phone because of the airdrop.

its dumping it went from $130 to about $80 and I think it has caused fair share of panic in the market right now many solana holder that bought at peak thinking it will keep climbing up are getting caught off guard thats the thing with buying coin that has climbed up so significantly its just more vulnerable to have sudden massive dump that could cause us to lose good amount of our capital.
now it seems that any token that are on solana including JTO and so on are also having the negative effect of solana dumping right now most of them are also dumping getting about -20% price which is kinda obvious that it gonna eventually happen considering solana blockchain was so highly praised and overvalued back then that every project gain massive increase but at the end of the day such hypes will eventually fade anyway.
