I don't think gambling can change anyone's bad manners or behavior.. Gambling is an addicting activity. doing it within a reasonable time lime is fine. but if someone gets addicted to it. I might worsen his manners even more like every other habit out there, so don't take gambling as a therapy  

Does any therapist even recommend gambling for anything? Like, because you are passing through some kind of mental challenge, they will now recommend gambling to you? I don't think that's possible, but it's possible for a therapist to tell a gambler to gamble once in a while in order to reduce his stress and boredom, which is recommendable.
 
But on the aspect of those who are already violent in nature and get themselves involved in any manner of ill behaviour, it's highly advisable for such a person to be taken out of gambling because the emotional stress that gambling can add to the person's current state means they can end up performing the unthinkable. The best practice for such a person is social gathering for them to socialise and adopt others way of life.

Really I haven't seen any therapist that refer patients to gambling to solve any of they issues before and for that,it clear that gambling can't be taken as recreational activities since it own effects can also affect the individual, so for that gambling is mostly refer to as fun because of the games excitements sometimes and this have no recommendations for any positive outcome of anyone is already facing issues as anxiety stress or whatever  nature of mental help needed.

the reason why Gambling is considered bad by majority of people is because of all the risks and chances of loosing money involved in it. which I think are true. but in actually gambling is only bad if it is done too much. excessive of everything is bad for us. not just gambling.

There is a popular saying that, experience is the best teacher and for that, it is true that some times we need to have a direct personal experience before we can be rest assured of what we need to do and the actions that we need to take in some situations, and gambling is one of those situations that we need to apply such experience to, because as a gambler, you dont need anyone to tell you when to gamble responsibly and not to take too much risk that we can afford to bear when the outcome doesn't favour us, and for that we have to look at some of those things that make up for responsible gambling and trying to abide by all of it.

This is a good thing because after all, looking at the current situation, especially for gambling problems, it is better to do it yourself than to rely on others.

Well, you have a point. However, do we have to experience being in such situation before going to learn? If we can take precaution by keeping these tips in mind to be able to prevent ourselves experiencing such. Human behavior is just something that happens to build up through time and just in the same way, it could be solved in time, using series of steps to its resolution.
The first and most impairment of those would be, having an understanding that you’ve got a problem. A gambling addiction problem and recognize the fact that it ain't helping you any much to keep up with this behavior. Once you’ve been able to establish that clearly, you could go about taking other steps to help yourself and solve your addiction problem.

Gambling can only be, done as a recreation if their notice a stress behaviour in the gambler and such that, it becomes obvious that the patient need that gambling to get over with what has been stressing him and that is why we call gambling as an entertainment sometimes because through gambling we can eas up alot pf stress, and on the long run it will tell on the over all mental health of the player, amd that is if he gamble for fun and not the other way around.

Of course, other alternative games can be done instead of gambling to relieve stress. But if the patient really prefers games that have bets, gambling could be a solution too.
If it is used as therapy, its use or activity should be monitored. it cannot be excessive and it must be supervised. I'm not sure any doctor would advise that. There are many ways people can get peace from the stress of work.
