So basically you just want to make one for yourself and put it on the market so that it's gonna be tradable. This is why we've got a lot of altcoins that don't have a use because the same mindsets of people that make it. They just want to make one so that it can be traded to other altcoins for their own purposes.

You should ask a developer who has knowledge about smart contract and crypto industry. If you want to create collectible items by using blockchain then NFTs are the better option for you. NFT is unique and they have collective value while altcoin can be trash if there aren't any unitalities. On the other hand NFT can represent anything significant, it can be a time, place or anything. It will remain in the blockchain as long as that blockchain exist so it is a great idea to use NFT instead of an altcoin if you want to distribute something that can really have some value.

Since you posted nothing about what you are trying to accomplish with that coin, other than generalities that any coin should be able to do, then I suppose you just want to create a generic coin with no specific purpose, if that is the case there are already services which can do that for you for a small fee, however if your plan for this coin is something other than to just create your own coin and you are planning on making money with it, I warn you that this is way more difficult than what you think.

Yeah, the sheer number of new crypto coins popping up everywhere is pretty worrying.  It seems like anyone and their dog can just whip up a new token these days and get it listed and  with so many random altcoins flooding the market, it's tough for legit projects doing good work to stand apart.  This opens things up for shady players running pump schemes and whatnot to swoop in and take advantage of folks who don't know any better. 

I'd say a main reason for this tidal wave of tokens hitting the scene is how laughably simple it is now to generate coins on platforms like Ethereum or Solana.  All these handy tools let any old Joe Schmo with a computer print money basically which obviously draws scammers like flies.  So they make flashy whitepapers full of buzzwords, hype up their coin all over social media, get people fomoing in when they list it on some exchange that doesn't even vet projects thoroughly, then dump all their holdings once the price pumps and leave investors holding the bag.  It's messed up but all too common nowadays unfortunately.

There are easier ways you could create one and as faster as you're determined on being prepared for it, but going by being the cheapest means is what i don't think i can have a say over because most have to be capital intensive, then from there you can move towards seeking for financial Investors who will partner with you towards the success of the coin till it got to the stage of being listed on an exchange.

I guess that this is the reason why we have so many shitcoins in the crypto space today, an industry where anybody can wake up one morning and decide that they want to have their own coins. I don't know if there's any sort of regulations to maintain standards before accepting applications for creating crypto coins, so that the rate at which worthless coins and tokens are created will reduce. Example is OP wanting to create a cheap and easy cryptocurrency, to share with his friends and trade with other coins, without a business plan or experience, how do you think that such an altcoin will survive the competitive market? I think that people should try and learn from professionals, be mentored by successful people in the line of business that they want to venture into, even go the extra mile and take a course if possible, so they can really master the industry and how it works.

Crypto is broad and none of us would want to start losing when we know we don't have enough capital to continue pushing through. You can just wake up one morning and think about creating a coin in the crypto space. It's not easy as it all circulates, before we should know, there are quite significant numbers of people that triggers such idea. In the first place, the idea to have a coin is welcomeable but it can not be achieved with mere talks, rather it ought to be backup with good actions.
