Do Kwon appealed the decision to extradite himself to the US, but it's only a delay because the appeal was based on not following the procedure in court and it's just a matter of time before he would get to the US, one way or another.

Look at Sam Bankman Fried, ever since he was trialed in the US, Bitcoin went up, the FTX token went up in value.

Luna Classic should be no different.

Once Do Kwon is in the US he would have to give up lots of holdings and control over the USTC and LUNC tokens, this includes burning (very likely) and other factors that could push up the price.

The requirement for this to happen? Lots of patience.

It depends on the will of the Authority of Montenegro and also the pressure exert by the US o them to ship him over there, I have seen people win their case against extradition, just look at the daughter of Huawei founder, she won her case in Canada against extradition to US. I just hope all these legal issues in Crypto would be resolved very soon

This could be another drama for this abandoned coins and it’s not that easy for this coin to pump especially with LUNC due to its high supply volume and due to its issue which I think will be the end of their story. If DK will be trialed in US, he will still suffer the same faith and that is not a go signal for LUNC to pump, this is just another hype for a failed project, better not to deal with this that much.

I guess it's not a bad choice for token or coin that you put in the highly speculative category. I mean it's already 16,000% from it's all-time low and the bullrun could add more fuel for a higher pump. I'll consider this as one of those projects that you throw a few hundred dollars and could potentially turn into thousands.

Yes it did happened however would you risk off your funds on a decision for this trial? Or results of the court. I wont mind investing on new venture or project rather than betting on a risky gamble as this. Maybe can for a little fund but for a serious trader or investor its quite the opposite since we knew Do Kwon hurt a lot of people in the past by their Luna crush.

Still you believe that these shit coin will come up again? Especially LunaC. I don't think so. And about Do Kwon he has decreased his reputation in the vision of people. And I don't think so he will again a reputable person for crypto users.
If he will get out from jail and will make a new coin and will say invest in my coin so I think only some users will be there who will agree with him to invest. Because he has scam with people.
FTX has strong investors so it has ability to come up but not sure.

It turns out that several problematic coins often experience price pumping in the market. Ftt and Luna are the ones who do this the most. But I personally prefer to collect these coins when they are experiencing sideways. Even without having to look at news related to the coin maker itself. Because basically whales are playing with current prices. So we just have to understand the movement patterns of the Whales themselves. But at the current level it is quite risky. So don't put in your hot money and only put in cold money that is willing to incur losses.

Dogecoin development was abandoned and it is still the same. It was created as a joke coin and not a serious project, it is not fair to compare Dogecoin with an actual project. The owners of Dogecoin have not scammed any of their investors whereas it is different with Luna. Trust deficit is very high and investors would avoid this project for the sake of not losing more money in it.

I don't know if I'm really sticking to my prejudice against FTX, Terra. But really for me it's not in the category to make a profit in this market, the buzz is too big for me to trust them again, although I admit that the surrounding hype will still make the value of these cryptos getting attention, but to be fair the risks outweigh the benefits for me to continue holding these.

IMO, the Do Kwon issue will still have a lot of time for things to gradually fade into oblivion, but whatever they have done must receive appropriate punishments. No matter where they are, there will be agencies looking for this target. Even those who make efforts to develop the market, when faced with conflicts of interest from larger agencies, will have unpredictable outcomes. (essence: power > money, money > power)

This is on point and I think there are still a lot of people who have lost money on USTC and Luna(LUNC). And they're going to try again with this time if ever a news pump like what you've said. But I wouldn't advise to get on this boat. Those that are into these and likes to take risks, good luck to you guys.

Well now there is things getting much more worst for Do Kwon. Now after a 2 week trial a jury in New York did find him guilty for civil fraud charges.
The sec accused him and his company of telling investors false claims for stablecoin TerraUSD. SEC will make financial penalties for him. And not let him work in securities industry.
