In my opinion, Generation Z doesn't want to be complicated and uses any method of working that has instant results, for example buying luxury goods without thinking about the financial future. One more option would be to work together with your parents or grand parents. Among my friends where there is already a house in the family, the strategy is to make the house bigger. Adding another floor on top of the house is much cheaper than building a new one and then the parents can live together with their kids and grandkids in separate flats.

Today's children or what we call gen Z have a different way of living life, I agree with that. I see that most of them are concerned with their happiness for now and they prefer to buy something that they can show off to their friends when hanging out. Seeing the way they dress, seeing what they use is different from most generations before them.
