Do you spend a lot of time on screen?

Well I have been doing this more then I did it before in the past. My youngest nephew has a Laptop and he comes over to my house I will help him with his homework.
That does require hours each day to do this. I ask my brother if he can help because I have my own work to do but he is not so interested that's why it is up to me to help him. I now have reading glasses for looking at screens so much.

I spend at least 5 -6 hours per day on the screen both on the phone and laptop its part of my daily activities . Though i don't like spending much time on the screen i do have to do it cause of the nature of my job

Well I am working in IT for the past 20 years, so I would say that around 10-12 a day is a normal day on screen for me.
And yet I don't need to wear glasses, just it is good that you have some time off from the screen every 30-60 minutes for about 10-15 minutes.

I have no friends. I have never had friends. This is because humans are absolutely insufferable miserable creatures who would rather have 5 pandemics followed by unstoppable bacteria rather than take basic measures to prevent that from happening. Humans are absolutely awful. Jesus Christ does not approve of their behavior. I must spend time on screen or alone because there is a 0 percent chance that I would ever make a friend. I have many enemies though. I also have some acquaintances.

Honestly, I spend way more time than I would like to. It feels like every day, I plan a couple of activities that don't include my phone/laptop, and yet I never get to do them. There is always something. Either a work-related update or follow-up, or I simply can't stop watching reels on Instagram. I would say, on average, I spend 9 hours each day on some type of screen.

Nowadays most of the young generation boys are addicted to digital screens, in our time we didn't have these, we used to play in the field in the afternoon. And I used to come and study at night, in general there was no digital screen in our time. But now those days are gone, now even small children are addicted to mobile. Every parent should watch out for these.

To my surprise, even despite I stopped using social media for anything but communications and media streaming, I still spend most of my time online. It is very difficult to not waste your time online when your job or hobby is computer-related.
