Not sure why but Inter seem to lose their heads in big matches...the only match where they actually showed up was in Dortmund but strangely enough they still dominate Serie A.

Maybe the home advantage will count for something for Newcastle today. They are very difficult to play in their home stadium in the Premier League, maybe they will be able to show the same form in the Champions League. Newcastle have some very pacy players like Gordons, Elanga, Osula etc these players could become a problem for Hansi Flick should he decide to play a very high line today.

As for Galatasaray, they can defeat Liverpool, Victor Osimhen will be a problem for their defenders surely, and If Galatasaray can try defending well, they can win this game.

Barcelona have got what it takes to win but, might choose to play the long game and Newcastle has being getting better and better lately.

Do you think Barcelona took it easy in the fixture or that they were dominated for most of the game by Newcastle? I think Newcastle generally played better, should have scored more goals, and totally deserved the win that they did not get. Elanga was wasteful, all speed and no sense. The substitutions that brought in Gordons, Livramento, and Murphy made Newcastle better, and I think they should be the team to start in the second leg. Newcastle will need to improve in the second leg because it will be tougher, and since Barcelona understands the team they are going against and how they were dominated almost all through in the first leg, they will not want that in the second leg and will play better.

I still think Spurs are relatively safe from relegation if I had to guess it will be Forest who will go down.
We will have a better picture of Forest after today when they once again go all-in and most likely sacrifice Premier League.....or they are just overestimating themselves
