P.S. Bayern actually won that one game with Mainz after being down 0:3 at HT! They had not overcome a 3-goal deficit to win in 30 years...

I am going to keep my eyes on this in future when I watch some live matches, and it would be fun to bet on underdogs, and than withdraw money when they have 2 goal advantage  
It is a shame Bayern didnt make it into Champions League final this time, I think they have fantastic team this season.

It's not a good match from Liverpool but even so they have a fifth position and will not lose it at the 38th match day. They will be qualified for UEFA Champions League next season as one of five representative clubs from Premier League. It at least will be helpful for their club finance and likely attraction with star players in the summer. I don't know about spending about a half of billion of dollars last season for player transfers, will Liverpool be able and ready to buy more star players in this summer market.

Likely they will have very limited transfers on the market, and a new head coach has to try to use available players but with a task of finding better tactics and positions for these players.

Well it a good suggestion but then I think it preferably to choose the 2up option, it just like you said, bet on the underdog then withdraw your bet after they are 2 goals up, that exactly what the 2up option does. I think the biggest reason why Liverpool expected their management to sign Xabi Alonso was because he is a legend in the club and one of their players, but it does not always work that way because they may even be sign him into Liverpool as one of the players who is now a coach and he may end up being a flop. There will always be options of coaches when Liverpool is ready to let go of Slot, if he starts next season poorly.

I haven't placed any bets on Chelsea for a while. I felt like betting on Manchester City to win the FA Cup, but I decided against it. I try as much as possible to stay away from Chelsea. The mistake they made was not getting a better coach after they fired Maresca. Alonso will do well in the club. I don't understand how a club that has spent so much money will have such an average team.

Liverpool was supposed to be the team that should have gotten Alonso, but their indecision has made them miss out. I doubt they will fire Slot.

Liverpool missing out on Alonso was not because of indecision Infact it was the decision made by the board that made Alonso gives Chelsea his commitment. Liverpool made a decision that they will be sticking to Slot next season and they still believes in his project, with that said by the club you don’t expect a promising coach like Alonso to be sitting around and waiting for Slot to be sacked.
