I was really hoping that Cagliari would come to San Siro with a rotated lineup. And when Milan scored in the second minute, I thought well yes, obviously Milan should win this game and probably score two or three goals. But when Cagliari first equalized and then even took the lead, I realized that something might be wrong in this match.

Milan still had plenty of time left in the second half, but honestly, they played terribly. In the second half, they didn’t have a single shot on target, while Cagliari managed 6 shots on target.

I requested a withdrawal and was asked to verify my account. After completing it, I received a notification that the verification was successful. A few minutes later, 108 euros disappeared from my account, and when I asked in the chat, I was told that my verification was deemed fraudulent. I’ll be honest—I was really surprised. I have no idea on what basis the bookmaker wrote such a thing. There was absolutely no violation of their terms and conditions. I sent my ID and my bank statement, which is probably obvious. To me, it’s absurd that the bookmaker is blocking accounts and stealing money based on something that’s nonsense. I’ve emailed them but haven’t received a response

You might want to add more proof to you claims such as screenshots, and chat logs with the customer support. The checks are usually carried out in case they are suspicious of your account or when they are investigating. Maybe you could ask support to clarify to you which terms and conditions you breached but one thing I know is there is no smoke without fire. I don't think Rainbet would want to ruin their reputation just to still 108 euros, yet they spend thousands in marketing. It doesn't make sense.

Their rep may help get into the bottom of this.

I don’t know how to upload screenshots of my chat conversation, but of course I have them. I’ve tried contacting them by email, of course, but I haven’t received a reply. This whole thing is a massive mistake. The amount isn’t huge,  but I’d still rather have those 108 euros than not have them. Anyway, the chat conversation was very brief – ‘we’re confiscating your money, goodbye’. No explanation whatsoever.
