I use to spend close to 1 hour to my gambling because, I don't use to spend more than $4 daily in the gambling because I like gamble every day win or lose and, once I use that amount to gamble in the gambling center,  I will be waiting for the results of the game I bet to come to know if I win or loss for the minutes I spend for the gambling. Gambling strength is a good new term for it. I guess i am not an addict when i don't understand why anyone would gamble to the point they would be tired. But i am guessing slots and sports gambling are not something i would waste huge amounts of time. I just play higher bets if i want to quit early. I'll either lose my money or cash out.

But to me the question is not about winning or losing. It's how much are you investing your time to it. I just realized that i am most likely using just a right time, as it's not overlapping with my responsibilities, or a time i would like to use otherwise. But i haven't really timed my gambling ever. I do agree that when you play a lot less, you do get a lot better results, but it is not always that easy neither, sometimes you end up with early on big loss and then you need to keep working harder to bring yourself back to natural levels as well. Chasing the loss is not always good, but trying to average out the result is better, that way you are not chasing the loss, you are just gambling how you suppose to, and the luck will sway back to your side a bit more eventually as well.

The more you gamble, the more your average luck will be just average and now sway any side, which means if you win big, you will start to lose, and if you lose big then you will end up winning a bit more. That's just how it is and will probably stay that way.

Yes, that is what might limit someone from carrying out their gambling activities, how much free time they have, how much budget they spend, all of that really influences how long someone spends their time gambling. People who have jobs of course don't spend a lot of time gambling because maybe they only use it in their free time or on break because they are too tired at work, which is different from being unemployed and having a lot of money so they are free to gamble all the time for hours on end.

Well, please try it. you can judge by disciplining yourself, yeah, like a job. in a sense, the time we schedule. but, in practice these things are not as easy as we say. there are many factors, and it involves the other side. one of them, our emotions, whether happy or angry. also, related to our psychology. moreover, what you are playing is luck-based gambling. sometimes you need a long time in the game phase, or you can win in the shortest time possible if you are lucky.
