At first, I thought this just a bug on my account since I didn’t notice that I can’t place bet on certain table in Evolution Gaming until I found out that I have same problem on all of my casino account on same games.

I was winning consistently a profit ranging from 200$ to 1000$ multiple times a week and I rarely lose with only small amount. I decided to report this on Evolution Gaming but they are pointing out the casino itself while the casino support is giving me a basic tips on how to solve this which is not working. They are just passing me on each other without any clear solution.

FYI, I can play other evolution gaming games without any problem. Only certain table on Blackjack is not working which is the one I play frequently. I knew that the table has no problem because other players can play on it as shown on screenshot below.





PS: I’m not doing any trick because there’s no way card counting will work on evolution gaming table. It’s just pure luck and a little bit of strategy.

What exactly do they tell you? There is nothing we can do other than suggest you ask for their support again to be honest. Have you checked if it is something related to your browser or not? Have you visited them on a private window, clearing the cache/cookie, etc? What about playing this on another casino, do you get the same issue?

Btw, seems like you have an experience with being restricted on some games judging from the title. Is this the same sign you got when they restricted you in the past? What exactly is the reason they stop you from participating in some games?

Is this happening on 1 specific casino only or do you get the same error anytime you play the same game from Evolution in other casinos too? I'm not a fan of live table games so I play it rarely, I have no idea what is going on since you said that you can play other games so it is something weird imo. If provider had already told you that it is related to the casino, means that the casino is the only one who can fix the issue. Maybe you need to try in other casino first to know if it is really an issue with the casino or an issue with the specific game by evolution gaming.

I was also thinking same way because if he was restricted before then there was actually a solution that's why he was able to access it again and he ought to have known the cause of the restriction before now and maybe now that a restriction has also been placed again there may be some rules that he broke or possibly from the device he's using because some time ago I was also experiencing some difficulty logging in my account from my device so I used another device and the site opened and I was able to log in. So if it isn't your browser or your device then it might actually be that there's a rule that you are going against.

I don't think all casinos do the same thing at Evolution Gaming because of course customers like OP who always get consecutive wins cannot always be found.
Maybe because he had too many consecutive wins with quite large amounts, that was one of the reasons why he had this problem, well maybe there were restrictions placed on him by the casino team.
Some time ago there was also similar case but not in live table games but in sports betting, he also explained the problem here but it is difficult to understand how restrictions can be made because if large casinos are used then they will always be fair to all its customers without exception.
I tried betting on live table games several times but never had the same problem, maybe this only happened in one or two casinos and what is clear is that I always use trusted casinos that clearly have very good service.

Have you considered reaching out to the casino's management or higher-level support? Sometimes, customer service representatives might not have the authority or knowledge to resolve certain issues.

It's possible, as you said, that you are restricted by the casinos because of your high chance of winning which could potentially harm them. But I don't really know about this case, maybe you should open a ticket back to the casinos to straighten out your case.

Perhaps that's what the case for you, I have a friend who keeps on winning on Evolution and suddenly his account got ban for 1 week. After that he got his pay and then continue to play and constantly winning and if I'm not mistaken, they have suspected him of cheating or something.

But then again, his account is back and continue to win big money from them.

Now, they don't ban his account, but he has to wait for weeks before getting his winning from $200 to $800 or more.

That's the part that weirded me out the most, different casinos with the same games and all of them don't work for you. My only deduction from this is that there's a possibility that the casinos that OP's playing at is probably connected or something and that OP's using the same name for those casinos so they're easily tracked and banned from playing blackjack. Another weird thing that's happened is that this isn't the first time that OP has been restricted, how was he able to remove the restrictions the first time. I think this isn't going to just be a support thing, OP probably needs to deal with this with the people behind the casinos like the management and not just the support staff.

Evolution AB is a $250 billion company. I doubt that they restrict users after winning 200-1000$ multiple times. Loss of reputation, customer and black marketing is a much greater loss for them.
It doesn't look like the order of magnitude they're operating on. There are a few zeros missing here. In my opinion, these are browser problems. Some bad cookies got stuck somewhere or something like that. Try different browsers, clear cookies, etc. Finally, you can try VPN and a new account to rule out a possible ban.

That's the part that weirded me out the most, different casinos with the same games and all of them don't work for you. there are several game providers. Casinos often use them without changing anything, just sticking their logo on them.

It's probably better to report or escalate this incident so that the issue can be resolved. You said that you don't do any other tricks to get restricted again and again so It's unfair if you're the only one experiencing such an issue while other players can bet well. Possible that there's a problem in your account when it comes in playing blackjack because as you have said, you were able to access other evolution games except that one, so might as well, send an escalation report for this kind of incident.

I have the same thoughts as others who have said here, have you previously had the same problem regarding this limit.
I'm sure that this has a bit to do with your previous problem or if not are you using a VPN or other app?

I previously experienced the same problem as you but not in blackjack but in the game of roulette when I placed a bet several times I got consecutive wins but after that I placed another bet and it didn't work and I tried to refresh the page but the result was the same and I tried to contact the support team and they said if I had to turn off my VPN.

but if you don't use a VPN, I'm curious about the answer from Evolution Gaming and casino support, do they provide a more detailed answer?

The only logical reason we can assume that you can't access the specific game is that it was under maintenance.

But since you noticed that the game is still active and playable we can disregard that reason. I don't understand why should they restrict you even if you are winning consistently from $200 to $1,000 as for sure other players are even winning way higher than your range.

You have no choice though but to wait until the game becomes accessible to you again. It's clear that's the only game you can't accessed right since you can play other Evolution games. Maybe just try to do again what you did during your first encounter on that problem.

So this has happened this time for the second time around? I don't think that there's an issue because you are consistently winning and the casino will point that out that they need to restrict you because of your consistency. But with that amount, I don't think that's even a valid reason if ever that's the reason.

It's probably better to report or escalate this incident so that the issue can be resolved.
It's no use, he reported it to the casino already and also to Evolution gaming but both ends are just giving generic answers and he said that he's being passed on. This actually is an interesting case and I'll watch out on this thread on how your case will go since both parties involved don't give you clear answer unless goinmerry is right that it is under maintenance.

I'm not into table games, but isn't you have an option to play a same game on the other gambling providers or other casinos?

If both of casino and gambling provider passing the problem with each other, I guess you can create a dedicated thread about the casino and Evolution Gaming, that's a way to warn other user to not gamble on there and hopefully it might give them pressure to resolve the problem.

At first, I thought this just a bug on my account since I didn’t notice that I can’t place bet on certain table in Evolution Gaming until I found out that I have same problem on all of my casino account on same games.

I was winning consistently a profit ranging from 200$ to 1000$ multiple times a week and I rarely lose with only small amount. I decided to report this on Evolution Gaming but they are pointing out the casino itself while the casino support is giving me a basic tips on how to solve this which is not working. They are just passing me on each other without any clear solution.

Perhaps this is the reason why they restrict your account? you are winning multiple times in a week and you are lucky that they haven't ban you for good. In any case, perhaps you should reach out to them and see what's going on with your account.

PS: I’m not doing any trick because there’s no way card counting will work on evolution gaming table. It’s just pure luck and a little bit of strategy.

Count counting is no longer effective in online or even in offline as this casino have a lot of cards or shoes in one sitting, it could be set of 8-12 deck of cards which make it harder for card counters as far as I know.

of course, if you win too much I am not surprised you get restricted (it's just on their TOS so you can't do anything on that...)

I often hear complaints like this, it seems unusual, is it possible that the account will be marked and restricted if you keep winning in the game, I have never experienced it myself because I don't really care about wins and losses every time I play, the important thing is that I am entertained by it, to be honest, if the casino does limit it of course it's not a good casino and honestly they know the OP could probably drain all their money.

Meanwhile, we also have to understand that casinos will not just give away money for free, so when they experience a loss that will make them lose, of course they have to limit it so they don't lose a lot of money, but this seems like cheating to the OP, anyone will definitely be annoyed with the casino's behavior. if it limits the bets of all its users, hopefully you are also not violating the casino's terms and conditions.

Is this happening on 1 specific casino only or do you get the same error anytime you play the same game from Evolution in other casinos too? I'm not a fan of live table games so I play it rarely, I have no idea what is going on since you said that you can play other games so it is something weird imo. If provider had already told you that it is related to the casino, means that the casino is the only one who can fix the issue. Maybe you need to try in other casino first to know if it is really an issue with the casino or an issue with the specific game by evolution gaming.
I too was wondering same too but I had this thought of it that the casino might have restricted him though because he made mention of winning back to back weekly and from the looks, the casino must have done this as a result of his constant winnings.  It is normal that casinos want players to lose so they could make more profit but when the reverse is the case, they turn the other way round against the player with faults to prevent them from taking their wins or possibly banning or blocking their account with false claims.

 I am not surprised seeing this complaints from OP if after trying other measures to see how possible he could access the game and continue playing his game and it still seems he can not access it to play again even after changing browser as well.
