I have been playing video poker on the Bitcoin/Dash video casino for years.  I have never had an issue with payouts, always fast.  Well in the past week the site says I can cash out because my deposit hasn't have 2 confirmations yet.  Check the explorer and it has over 5000.  I send an email to support and they tell me the admins need to look in on it.  Last weekend I hit a Royal Flush for 40+ dash.  Can't cash them out.
Send another email to support, same response.  Today the site it down, go to it and get this message:

I just checked and it’s showing same thing over here.  Did you send them an email concerning the status of the site? If they are currently doing a maintenance on it or if they are even aware that their site is down?

Do they have an Ann here in the forum? If yes then try to pm the representative concerning the site and if they don’t have them I’ll suggest you continue to notify them about your account if there’s any way you can withdraw the money you have from your account before the site comes back online.

Their owner account was last active in April this year.

There was one case reported in their announcement thread and it happened in July this year.

I have 14 dash stuck on the site for over 1 week.
Dash site is broken and Admin has not responded for over a week.

It seems to be not a new problem and I am really unsure that the Dash Video Casino site got back to normal operation after July, 5 months ago.

You said that it operated well two weeks ago and if so, you can hope that it is only a temporary issue (like the on in July), and it will be back.

It is still lively but with only 50 members. I saw a member reported the issue today, is this you?

Like others have said, the account of the admin of that casino on this forum has been inactive since April this year, so there is a high chance you not get any response soon if you tried to reach them here, what I did suggest, like I've done before is you join their group on telegram enquire from there what is going on, the group is pretty active as I also joined there a couple of minutes ago.

It was my first time hearing and knowing that there is a dash video casino, and as you said until now, it is still like that and has not been opened normally. I don't know if their platform is under maintenance or not.

The 60 dashes that you have on their platform are also a big value, because currently one dash is worth 34 dollars; its value is also 2040 dollars. I hope their platform is still in good shape, and when they resume, they will release it immediately. Be careful next time, too.

My deposit was less than 15 dash, I got lucky and hit a Royal Flush for 42 dash!  Hoping!!!

I have been playing there for years.  Never had an issue.  From what it looks like issues started last summer, they would fix it and they would come up again.  I hope they fix it right this time.

It's good to see that you have so much faith in them, as you have been playing in the casino for years now and there has been no issue of such, nor have you experienced any form of scam attempt from them, so this could be a little error from them; it's technology, and every now and then most of them have technical issues. How fast they fix the issue is what matters.
 
For the main time, until they prove otherwise, other negative reviews about them should not give you concern. Many things are happening in the review industry nowadays; that's why, in most cases, I prefer first-time experience to all I read online.

I don't know the issue behind it. But yeah maybe something was wrong in the dash network recently. A few days ago (maybe 10 days) I tried to exchange some Dash binance. I deposit it and exchange it with other Currency. This takes a few minutes. But when I tried to withdraw they were not giving me to withdraw due to less confirmation(but they ask normally for 2 confirmations). On the block explorer, I can see already many confirmations done.

Then I was able to withdraw it more than 1 hour later. I don't know what the issue is.

And you don't think it all have something to do with luck? I visited the site as well just now and it works perfectly on my side. They started long time ago which explains on why they have those layouts and graphics but it was still nice for me. And I'm sure a lot of players are also into those vibes, so they will definitely have the same impression.

Even the owner of this casino knows that fact, and that is why they prefer to retain their original design. It makes them to be unique, other than their old starting date. But I also hope that the OP will now get his winnings. The amount isn't that big enough and won't be a good reason to trade off the reputation that this casino have already built through the long years.
