@GazetaBitcoin what happens to the blocks that show the same last two digits again - does the user win a second or even third card or is the block then 'invalid' and a new attempt is started?
unfortunately this is not clear from the rules
I inspired my rules from other similar raffles and I didn't see anywhere such a rule... I guess the odds for this to happen are minuscule
Anyway, we should not have a winner with more than one prize. So there will be 12 winners for the 12 cards. so if the situation you described above actually happens (although I hope it won't
) then the winner of the next block which has same digits as a previous block will be the one with the closest prediction to those digits.
