TON is a hope for me and many project ecosystems that have just been born from this big project, may not yet show any significance at this time. I feel like the bull season will come quickly, the promotion of new projects from the TON ecosystem such as tontogether is currently in process where people who participate in staking tokens up can get a tontogether coin allocation later in February and other projects such as TIA, COSMOS, ETHEREUM, BRC20 are being hyped

Ton is a project I am very bullish on too. I think Ton has Good potential. and it is is finally getting the recognization it deserves. I can see new projects are slowly building on Ton Blockchain, and most of them are very successful.
First TonUp came with huge success and now Tontogether is launching their IDO in TonUp. I believe this will open a huge door of new projects and new earning opportunities for Ton community.
Tia and Cosmos are good too. BRC20 tokens on other end are in huge hype right now but I am very spetcial about their future, I feel like they'll be like other NFTS and their Creaze will reduce with time, they might be profitable for those who get in early. but I don't advice anyone to see them as long term. get in and get out.

Recently I have began to monitor Ethernitycloud ECLD project and I noticed they haven't achieved all time high and there's is every possibility to create a new all time high during this bullrun.
For those who don't know what Ethernitycloud is all about i will quote them for you to read it more better and they are currently trading on Bitmart.

Yeah are correct I was as well feels disappointed about the project though at then we were having this speculation that it will be listed in either Binance exchange, or kraken exchange maybe any other better exchange that would boost the progress of their coin than just listing in Bitmart. During the listing day within that period it manage to get high of $0.046 and after which dropped down to ~$0.019 that is the current price which I think is a good entry point to accumulate any amount you which to hold without waiting till the bull run.

TON is amazing. we heard of its development years ago and no news comes out about it and then suddenly one token just emerges out of the blue on the CMC and outranks the best ones. right now there are already tokens using its blockchain. TON is big because we know millions and millions of people are using telegram and i they declare this token should be held by everyone in order to chat, it will have the highest demand.

For so long without news, now there are many changes and growth in the ecosystem that are taking place quickly, some of which show that the future of the TON project is good and will compete with other projects. updating from network errors which are still a problem at this time. I hope the future will be better, I think the TON project will be the next hype in the coming bull season

Hidden gems can only be truly recognized once they have proven their success. Recommending a specific altcoin and labeling it as a hidden gem is challenging since there's no guarantee of its success. Providing such recommendations could result in blame if the investment doesn't turn out well. Actually How can we define a good research?  reading their white papers? Some times even scam project create good white papers even they disappear

Now I aint saying research makes any altcoin a sure bet.  Heck no.  These things stay risky business.  But informing yourself gives better chances of making calls that won't leave you crying into your beer a year from now.  So put in the hours before you put in the investments.  Might make all the difference.

I'm not really a fan of altcoins, especially new projects, I sometimes hear about new projects that can become gems and worthy to buy, but because of the fact that there are more scams than legit coins makes me to be skeptical about them. Carrying out research that in the end of the day might not result to much, really makes me lazy to indulge in the task, ofcourse there are some new ones that are worth investing in, that'll guarantee good profit on the short term, giving you a good ROI. But personally I only have interest in established top altcoins, I like to put my hard earned money in altcoins that I'm sure that have proven to be reputable in the crypto market, like Ethereum.

Regardless of everyone opinion you should decide for yourself and sometimes when looking for hidden gems you should be careful, if you're asking which one is guarantee for another ATH then you should go for Ethereum, have made some research about Ethereum since it's one of the trusted altcoin and it likely they will experience another ATH 2024_2025 depending on the bullrun.
But they're other altcoins hidden with potentials and yet no one has ever thought of those coins, because some investors are scared of taking risk no doubt, to be honest I will rather go for trusted coins than searching for hidden gems.

That's right, ethereum is a gem that cannot be denied. Apart from that, I think everyone is just trying to take Ethereum's position but never can. even though it has breakthroughs that may be much better than ethereum.
Do research first for sure so you don't choose the wrong altcoin.

I think TON coins are altcoins which are not very popular because TON coins are not as popular as ETH and BNB. I will choose TON, the reason is because I have seen recently that many new atcoins have started to appear on the TON network.

Mate Your post motivated me to check out Hive. because I am always looking for projects which give the user to earn Tokens for doing any thing. supporting their project or participating in airdrops etc.  Hive is actually pretty promising. now I remember that I've heard about it before and wanted to check it but forgot to do so because of my busy schedule.
It is pretty much similar to Steem project but I can see the posts there have earned way more than Steam.

I think TON coins are altcoins which are not very popular because TON coins are not as popular as ETH and BNB. I will choose TON, the reason is because I have seen recently that many new atcoins have started to appear on the TON network.

It's similar to Steem because Hive is fork of Steem. You see more payouts on Hive because most of community migrated to Hive after Justin Sun's takeover, there is little engagement on Steem these days, plus when takeover happened few Steem og's whale wallets were emptied unfairly with consensus from validators (whale vote boosts post payout by a lot, few hundred to thousand dollars when Hive price is right), and these validators were part of takeover, so it was Justin's decision and not of independent validators as it's usually the case.

I can't pick any specific altcoin that I know will have potential, but I believe it will be one of these 3 categories.

1. Layer 2's
2. AI's
3. Layer 1's

TBH, it's pretty hard to pick which coins will have the potential to grow in the future. There are some tokens like SOL, AVAX, ARB, ATOM, ADA, INJ, etc. I guess it would be better for us to do our deep research on which projects we believe will grow a few years from now. What I did is I just bought different altcoins that I believe will grow a few years from now and then invested a few hundred bucks on it. If it become successful then good for me, if it's not then still good.

you are right these 3 categories are in hype nowadays. specially layer2 because of their airdrops and other lucrative features for crypto traders. there are so many Layer 2 and Layer 1 Projects out there. but I didn't see a lot of Ai projects. the one I recently goot to know was the one that had their Launchpool in Binance and got listed after words.
The second AI project i heard which is also listed in Binance is Fatch.ai. that look pretty promising too.
other than these 3 categories, I think projects related to Real World assets have good potential too.

Yes, i agree. These 3 items are very practical. In particular, I am quite focused on Layer2. Although L2 on ethereum was airdropped quite loudly, in a more special case, Layer 2 on bitcoin is also attracting a lot of attention and is likely to explode in the future. After the Halving, it became even more optimistic. I'm giving my attention to SOV. In addition, I think a few small niches still have the potential to return, which is gamefi/metaverse...

Many will suggest you some good gems that can return you a maximum amount of profit in this bull run but many of them can be not so accurate because no one can predict the crypto industry 100% accurately so my suggestion to you is that play this game at your own end. on the other hand, choosing and investing in altcoins should be very picky because altcoins have very big risks because sometimes many of them are just scam projects or shit projects.

Most of the time Altcoins are entirely dependent on luck.  Some have made a lot of profit by investing in alt coins. Some have lost everything by investing in nightmares like Luna.  No one can call any altcoin very trustworthy.  But Solana, Ethereum, BNB are trusted among alt coins.  While searching for gems, you may find  gems or you may lose all your gems.

It's not always gem, some ulta coins can cheat your life because all coins are not pumping anymore, you have to understand and come here in the market, if you don't have good knowledge, then your life can be lost in a moment, if you don't understand ICO IEO, what is the project.  If you don't understand then this is not for you or market for you and now it means that James will be totally baseless you must have common sense you must have understanding of market or you will never be successful in life and never be profitable.

I have no flirting in GEM because for me this is a million  chance to guess or dig so I stick to smaller profit but high chance of earning so i cannot recommend anything in this part.
but if you are risk taker then try to listen to others but for my years in this market , there are only few that I remember gaining that much from their hunting of GEM.

Most of the time Altcoins are entirely dependent on luck.  Some have made a lot of profit by investing in alt coins. Some have lost everything by investing in nightmares like Luna.  No one can call any altcoin very trustworthy.  But Solana, Ethereum, BNB are trusted among alt coins.  While searching for gems, you may find  gems or you may lose all your gems.

Profiting from Altcoins is very difficult because investing in Altcoins is very risky. As a result, profits from Altcoins are very short. There are many opportunities to profit from Altcoins.  You can get something good. I know investing in Altcoins is risky but success cannot be achieved without taking risk that's why I mostly try to find good Altcoins besides investing in Bitcoin.

in my opinion the hidden gem is UMB and many people don't know or invest in UMB, so now is the right time to invest in UMB, because UMB has a good partners and great project, so the price of UMB will definitely increase very high and give me a big profit, because I am sure that in the future UMB will definitely enter the top 100 on coinmarketcap, therefore I always DCA UMB every month or when the price is corrected.

Well for me I haven't really found a trust worthy altcoin or as you called it a gem, none has gotten my attention yet but I'm still on a look out if I can find any. as Adbitco said ECLD is good from his perspective but I'm still gonna do my research on it. If it's worth my investment I will make a try and see how it goes.

But for now there is no hidden gem for me.! 

Some persons are still complaining that they don't trust altcoins, how do we intend to make profits from the market if we are only investing in Bitcoin only. I'm not trying to tell us that we are not going to make profits from holding Bitcoin but it might be time consuming. We need to be ready to take risks for us to make money from cryptocurrency. We need to split our investment into different projects so that we can make diversified profits.
