My own contribution is that proper planning yields great benefit. You have to carefully outline your goals and get to strategically outline how you'll achieve it with a step by step approach. The saying goes that if you fail to plan, you'll plan to fail. This is good and my best advice is don't invest if you no dey do something to backup your investment because you go spend am finish again.
