Hi snowpega!

I saw earlier that some user whose nodes were not yet 99% synced were still submitting report on daily basis. So in my opinion, you should also continue posting daily updates until your node is fully synced. Also, it is mentioned in OP that daily progress report should be submitted so it is better to keep posting your report regularly until your node reaches 99% sync.
