Okay but will I continue from day 5 or 2?

I didn't know the image attachment is compulsory,  I thought it was just a pattern started by someone  and copied by others which eventually became a normal way of reporting.

Secondly, I'm  on a trip for some couple of days, and I didn't carry the particular PC along with me. I believe I can always report within the 30 days timeframe right?
