Honestly the reports i sent are from 2 different days i was just too busy to post them here, and the reason I cant afford to miss any day is because I'll be going on a journey from next week and I honestly don't know when I'm gonna return besides I can't leave my computer running the node the whole time while I'm gone.

You don't have to leave it running, you can turn off your computer as long as you shut down Bitcoin Core properly. When you get back and restart the client, it will continue where it left off.

OK, we'll have the progress report updated at Day 7, but if this is going to happen again, please notify us ahead of time so that we can mark the report as paused accordingly.

Generally it should be one report per day only, but I will make an exception for you this one time since your progress reports clearly seem to be from yesterday and the day before.
