On a general observation, we may not be able to quantify how often we are winning while gambling, not because there is no history record to take
I don’t have to take note of the number of times I win while gambling because I won’t be using the record for anything, it’s of no use to me. I'm sure if some people go through their gambling history and check how often they win or lose, then they are going to feel bad because they hardly win, they will have lost a lot of money in gambling, but most people don’t really check it. The only people that won’t feel bad even if they lose so much money are the ones that gambling for fun. But seriously, I don’t keep my gambling records, but I know my losses are always greater than the amount I win.
If we accumulated all the gambling we do, I think we would find more losses than wins, I agree with that. Because instinctively, if I count the gambling from the last 3 months, for example, I would also say that I experienced more losses. Even when I win, I think it's only enough or even less to cover my losses in the last 3 months.
But this is still fine, because I gamble with a budget that I have calculated. Can I be prepared for loss or not, because if I don't do that, I think my finances are very bad now.
Having fun is my main goal in gambling, although I also can't deny that I also hope for big wins to come. But it was just a hope and I didn't really chase it, because if I chased it then I wouldn't be able to control myself.
I also feel that most people who gamble will experience more losses than wins.
