Why not? it's a big risk and as gamblers we are willing to take that huge jump and who knows we could be the one who is going to win that jackpot and it so happen to this person. And that is the very definition of gambling, take huge odds pretty much stack against us and yet we are willing to take that and in the win, we can say that we beat that odds.

I have done $500 buy bonus several times at duelbits few years back, it was when I managed to win few thousands dollar just from $25 deposit. We just do accept that there would really be those people who are really that rich and there are really those people  who are just average gamblers on which they cant really be able to afford on spending such big amount in gambling on which seeing other people having those kind of base bet on every roll would really be something that could hurt you on every losing roll.
