There was a friend of mine who visited me a day after and he was saying gambling every day draws you more closer to winning.

This reminds me of a question that one of my friends asked me. He asked me if I have seen any responsible gamblers who have made it big out of gambling, or if I have seen any gamblers who just gambled for a week and won big from gambling. I also answered no because I have not seen any.
 
He said the more you continue to gamble, the more your chance of winning is going to increase. They believe in that theory that says "One can't be unlucky for the rest of 365 days." You never can tell which day will be that lucky day, which is the main reason most of them gamble all the time, but I also have to remind him that the more you are gambling, the more the amount you are losing is increasing, and when you eventually win something, the amount won might not be equal to what you have spent.

I will make an attempt to refute that statement. Do you not engage in any other activities apart from gambling? Is your daily routine solely dedicated to gambling? Or is it of equal significance to gambling that you choose to partake in it every day, fearing the possibility of missing out on any opportunities?

Do not have high hopes for gambling, as it is an unpredictable endeavor. Although one can strive to improve their chances of winning, there is no guarantee that every attempt will result in victory. if you are on the luck-based games, you will be subjecting yourself more on the losing end rather than on the winning side. but if you are a poker or blackjack professional player, that i can believe you can be on the positive side of things.

I understand your point. Some games, such as poker, blackjack, possibly roulette, and other card games, are more complex than playing slots, but even though skill-based games require luck, it's not that they're only dependent on your knowledge or strategy. Anything that is done on a daily basis could possibly be considered an addictive behavior. Personally, I find it too much; gambling should be entertaining and not something that has to be done daily. This is a big fat lies and fake observation. I have seen people and not heard or read anywhere win games on the first day of the month and the year and won a lots, many that copied the codes and play weren't even into gambling throughout the year of 2023 and they just wanted to test it out this year and has won something reasonable and we have some people that has been gambling since December back to back and to date, they didn't win a single bets, so I doubt how quality his observations were or maybe that's how it works for him but I don't think it can be applicable for others.

You can gamble everyday for now to to December of 2024 and if they should count how many times they are going to win. It might not be more than 10, I don't think the observation can speak for everyone. What work for you might not really work for another gambler. There are some gamblers that are seasonal gamblers and they make money from gambling than people that bet everyday and I think your friend might be wrong.

That is a big mistake, it never gets you closer to winning but losing. I can't imagine someone who is very lucky every day as I don't experience such a thing. Don't get fooled by such reasoning OP, he might be lucky but can't be sure of yourself if you are too lucky just like your friend as well.

Just think about this --the more time you gamble, the more time you spend which is a bad gambling habit for this will cause into overspending.

if you're asking this question from his point of narration, I'll say it's never okay to gamble all the time ... For obvious reasons, they gamble away their moneys, hoping to hit a jackpot that would have simply been theirs assuming they were able to adopt an attitude of saving up every fuckin' dime they spend on gambling.
I'm not doubting the fact that some tickets are being selected for the jackpot (especially the accumulator bet), but the big question there is - what if you're not lucky to get shortlisted on your 4th or 5th trial, assuming you normally wager like 100 bucks on a single ticket?

Well as funny as this may sound but then there's some truth in it, in that you don't know the day you may be lucky except if you play that day, so you just have to keep playing so on your lucky day you will be present or you will have some stakes already on your game but then there's a problem with this kind o f mindset.

If you gamble every day, you put yourself at risk of bankruptcy especially if you are not having another job you do aside gambling and then since there's uncertainty as it regards your lucky day , you may have staked low on your so called lucky day and may not be able to recover from your losses so far even after a win on your lucky day so this mindset actually has got a two sides to it, it's advantage and disadvantages you make your preference and see if it's such you can cope with else you gamble only on the days you see better opportunities.

Isn't the result of his reference biased? Dec 31 and Jan 1 are key holiday events for almost the entire world so I believe it's rather expected that a lot more people won money within those two dates simply because a lot more people played during those days. And maybe even a lot more times compared to their regular play times!

Anw I don't believe playing every day is better, it's just nonsense since your chances don't stack up depending on the number of days you play, they always reset to 50/50. If we were to start thinking of missing our "luck" on x day because we didn't play, is that even luck in the first place? No, for me gambling every day is something bad. We will experience many loses and every day will be covered by the shadow of loses which will make us not focus on our work.

I play slots a lot, and if I play slots every day then usually the slot machine will be very bad at both normal spins and free spin bonuses. I prefer to play infrequently, maybe once a week or once every two weeks, usually the results will be better than playing every day. Op I don't know where your friend got that idea from. In fact, the more you keep playing is the more your chances of Lossing more increases. I suggest you watch out for that your friend because he is beginning to develop the symptoms of gambling addiction and before you'll know it he has turned to an irresponsible gambler. I wouldn’t do that, not today and not any other day.
Gambling have got some purpose which is fun and possibly make some money but, when the lose is always often, it’s not something suitable for a daily routine.

Maybe your friend @OP needs to be more cautious of his or her loses because, it actually doesn’t draw your luck any closer. It ends you even before your luck arrives. You ain’t fast forwarding anytime, take your time and you would win when the time is right, mainly when you least expect it.

No, gambling every day is not good, it is not healthy for us. If you do this, your money will run out quickly, the chances are high that you will become addicted to gambling. It's not bad to try your luck every day but we know in ourselves that we are not lucky every day, there are times when you will lose, your money will run out, you will fall down then if you are like this every day, you will probably run out of money in addition to money you are also stressed every day etc. and this is not good for health.
