This is how they're controlling the market and manipulating the emotions of everyone whether you're new or not, you can't just pass on this feeling. I won't be investing on Coinbase but those that are diversifying and has got a lot of money with the stocks, they know what they're doing if they'll be buying some $COIN as their stock.

I completely agree with your thoughts and I thought about this a month ago as news about ETFs grew. Once the ETF is approved, it can be said that Coinbase(COIN) stock will be the biggest beneficiary, and the reason is as you mentioned. Furthermore, Coinbase also announced that they will soon expand their market and allow investors worldwide to use their platform. As far as I know, everything is being prepared and they will soon release a global version of coinbase exchange for users everywhere in the world. I thought about it but in the end, I didn't invest because I don't like investing in stocks, I prefer cryptocurrencies and forex.

They were always good to invest, only issue was that when they had their IPO they were invested way too heavily, which made them way too high for what they actually worth, and eventually they dropped to a realistic level, which many people assumed coinbase was doing terrible.

Reality was that they were doing fine, they were always doing fine, even during bear period they were doing fine, the issue they had was not regarding their revenue or profitability, it was regarding high IPO price, then they were okay. Ever since that drop, they were fine to invest and I bet in the next 1 to 2 years they are going to get even better, it is inevitable, with the bull run coming the volumes will go up meaning more trades meaning more profits for them.

Yes, if you are an investor that loves investing in the stock market. This is a good time to buy the Coinbase stock inside the stock exchange market. Since the SEC said if an investor invest x amount of Bitcoin in any ETF the ETF should be able to hold exactly x amount in a secured wallet for the investor.

This idea is about 6 months late to the party, as with most speculators. Coinbase was at the floor back then, but now it is just as high and as volatile as bitcoin. If you want to invest in something right now, because crypto seems to be on a high, then you might as well go directly to the source instead of adding a middleman in between that is going to sap out some of the profit. Coinbase was definitely worth a punt a year ago, but nobody could have known that bitcoin would make the resurgence that it has - but you would have made more money from buying this stock at the time. This is all in hindsight now and there is no special value in this company at the current price, so it's an old news story and a poor investment plan.

What is this, a stock tip thread?  OP, you might want to disclose how many shares you own in Coinbase, if any--not for any legal reasons but so we can judge how much of a conflict of interest there is.  Then again, you could say anything and nobody would know the truth, so...

I'm not sure if COIN is a good stock to invest in or not, but I don't like their business practices (such as dropping customers in an instant with no explanation given) or the US government's influence on them, which is something they're likely not disclosing the extent of in their filings.  But one thing they do have going for them that other companies in the crypto space don't is a positive P/E.  In other words, they're profitable.  I just don't know how they're going to fare long-term.  None of us do, since nobody here knows what's going to happen with crypto even one year from now--so COIN is a risky stock to invest in at best. 

And oh, this talk about a bitcoin ETF!  I've been hearing about it and its supposed importance for years now, yet it never really seems to make a lick of difference every time the SEC rejects it.

I do like to invest in stocks, but I haven't bought any single stocks since university. For me the best type of investing in the stock market is with ETFs, I prefer to hold broad indices that don't cost a lot to buy or have high fees. For anybody with limited time like me, it's so much better to have a well diversified portfolio that grows over time, than go run behind trades where I miss to get out on time. Having a large portfolio of single stock requires a lot of risk management to only a achieve a slightly higher return. Last year most indices made between 10-20% which is a lot if you don't have to invest any additional work to screen for investment opportunities and monitor your portfolio constantly. I prefer to use my time for crypto investments and stick to passive investing in the stock market.

My thoughts are that Blackrock management is uniformed about Crypto, and Bitcoin in special.
And investors seem to be more informed. First the ETF buyers only get a paper about their share of the coins.
Second Blackrock is not able to store the coins, most likely due to the lack of information.

I don't sure with OP recommended with Coinbase is the best place for investing because in my country Indonesia they have restrict operation and can't access trough our IP country. I don't know what problem come from between our government have suspended for Coinbase or that exchange have restrict with user come from my country, if take side from government seems impossible because many global exchange can access well in my country and our government not close or suspended for using coinbase exchange.

Stock market is very different from crypto market, stock price doesn't rise fast based on any trend it needs long time for stock price to rise, so investors need to be patient and know about stock market. But the way you confidently advise investors to buy coinbase stock, if someone listens to your advice and decides to make an investment and makes a loss, it will not look good. So hopefully you will definitely discuss the risk while giving such investment advice.
