Not to be rude but the chat screenshot you shared have not shown if the KYC have been approved or not, as I can see clearly on the chat where the support said you can withdraw once your KYC is being verified which I think you should just exercise a little patient to see the outcome of the KYC result and if they fail to process your withdrawal after the KYC verification that’s when I think you can call them names of any kind.

but for the main time casinos ask for KYC when ever necessary providing the Casino is known to be a KYC enable casino you should be prepare to pass that when ever necessary if you have not already the amount deposited is not to be too big before they can ask for KYC, sometimes their system just detect a little thing off and to be clear KYC is the next step.

In the KYC verification process, completed doesn't mean verified. Casinos give the completed messages whenever a user pass the steps of KYC verification successfully with the requested documents. Then the casino need some times to verify the authenticity of those documents, this process may take a few hours to a few days.

Maybe you are frustrated with the process, but being rude won't make the process faster.

If the situation is reversed where someone was asked to complete KYC for USD 44M, the complain will be "the casino tried to confiscate after I win big."

Anyway, after managed to read OP's thread, unless I understand it wrongly, it's the situation is the classic and frequently happening AML policy kicking in. Casinos require their user to wager certain times before they're allowed to withdraw to combat money laundering. If you deposit and immediately withdraw [which OP did, after he found out that he can't do mines], their AML policy will kick in and lock you out, pending investigation.

I might be wrong, but I think the status should say "verified" when the process is done, not "complete". The status they gave can perhaps refers to the situation where OP has completed all of the requirement and his submission is sent, pending review.
