In my country, this is a practical example of what we call village people at work. The guy was literally watching a very good fortune slip away from his hands simply because of a device malfunction. Its quite a pity and I really feel for the guy. If the win amount is 73,059 only means that he managed to cash out before the crash? But you also said that he was unable to cash out, so it is like incomplete story? I never play casinos on my phone it is always on my desktop I am aware that something like this could happen, especially in games like Crash game, but this thing can be prevented if you use the multiplier to cash out, but we are tempted to try it manually because of the possibility that we can hit a high multiplier.

This is an annoying situation. Look, our phones don't just malfunctions out of the blues. There must have been signs that went ignored for a long time and now the gambler in the narration paid dearly for overlooking such a small issue that would have cost a little money to fix.
