On that video, what happened was that a dude from South Africa was gambling on a casino site known as Betway. The guy staked ZAR 277.08, and when he started the round, he got about 4,870.24x multiplier, which doubled his staked amount up to ZAR 73,059, which is about $3,900+. he lost the money because he was unable to cash out before he crashed.

In my case, I have not actually experienced any situation like that, apart from the usual disappointment you will experience with a club after you place a bet on them, believing so firmly that nothing will stop that club from winning, but they end up losing.

I opened my phone the screen was working fine, I clicked on my browser it opened fine, I typed in my casino url it worked perfectly, I logged into my account everything was good, I located “crash” it didn’t display any anomaly, I set up the amount I want to place for each bet no sign of any issue, game started I played a few games – lost some win some, and then when it was my lucky time, time for me to cash out on a rare multiplier my phone screen decides to go bad – I and the phone are definitely going to turn back time and go back to the past so that I can click on “cash out”, this event should be recorded as one of the most unluckiest person in history.

I haven’t experienced something like this and I’m praying not to; the only experience I’ve had was when I got back from work tired, I laid on my bed logged into my account and started playing plinko it was on auto bet and before I knew what was happening I slept off with the game still playing – I woke up to a zero balance the following day and the most annoying part was that I funded the account recently so it was supposed to take me for a week depending on how much time I spend and the amount I use for a single bet but everything was gone in a single night.

Man, I just cannot imagine the pain that the person felt when he saw that lost. When you have no control over your device due to some glitches, you can just see your winnings slipping away from your fingertips. The endless possibilities that the person thought of the things he could have spent on will be painful for him in the coming days.

Back when in college, I used to accompany my brother to several casinos. Sometimes he wins but frequently he losses most of his earnings monthly.

It's really damn if it happens like that, I also have a cellphone that has a problem with the touch screen so I never try gambling on my cellphone for my damn cellphone because I'm afraid it will happen like this or make a wrong bet, but this is a lesson for other gamblers if if there is a problem with your cellphone, you should not use it for gambling, it could cause unwanted problems like in this video. but so far I have never experienced problems like that because I am always careful when gambling.

Moral of the story here is invest on freakin device if you want smooth gameplay. Besides I doubt that he will cashout at that high multiplier if his device is properly working. He manage to video it because he probably he can’t click cashout when it first hit his target multiplier.

Because I will not be able to video the whole process on crash game since it’s a fast phase game unless I knew earlier that I can’t click the button and I have nothing to do about that bet.

It's not only frustrating but you will likely have sleepless nights and even ask for professional help because of what happened, Crash game is a great game because of the multiplier and it is so rare to have that number of multipliers imagine 4,870.24x that's so rare and once in a lifetime but not able to cash out because of the malfunctioned of the device.

It happened to me before but it's only a 10x multiplier when I failed to hit the cash-out because I had to leave my phone because a strong wind was coming through a window that I needed to close I was late by a second to cash out, what I learned here is if you're going to play Crash be sure you will not be interrupted by anything.

Sad for the dude. I bet he is also so sad about what happened and there will be sleepless nights just thinking about what he missed.
My highest in Crash was 800x and I was so damn scared at that moment that it will crash. But, I was shocked it went higher to x2000 and I think that's also the highest multiplier that I have seen while playing it. Not on screenshots.

I have not opened the clip but I do feel him. There are times when my internet freaks me out and it lags whenever I am in the moment of cashing out and then at that exact moment the game will also crash. That dude got greedy, it could've been a big money that all he needed to do was cash out, take a deep breath, and rest. Maybe that way it will clear his mind that he did the right thing.

He was already lucky to have won and it was just the timing that wasn't as friendly that changed his luck. Sure this is not what he expected of course he'd feel bad but blame it to the phone. Quite a lesson to learn, when you are doing something like trading or playing in a casino, your device matters.

This is an ugly situation, and this reminds me of a guy who also celebrated a big win a few months ago. According to him, he almost cashed out the winning win; it was still running, but his own phone was also malfunctioning to the extent that he needed to off the phone screen, close the browser, and open it back. Many years ago when I was traveling with a ferry, it had a casino room onboard and for the brief period the ship entered into international waters they would open it up. For the time that it was, it had some pretty fancy slot machines. I remember there being a very weird incident where some person seemed to have won the jackpot but had to call the crew because the machine was not paying out.

Exactly my thoughts.  The phone malfunction didn't just start that day, he has experienced those signs even before he decided to gamble with that device. He had two risks to deal with,  gambling related risk and his malfunctioned device. This is actually an issue that would have been avoided if he took precautionary measures before time. It's really painful to face that kind of disappointment at the very wrong moment, atleast now, it will prompt him to repair or change his phone. I have not really been in any of those ugly situations before except for days I lose my bets and it's really okay because I had already prepared my mind for a win or loss. No hard feelings.
