The estimate would likely be around $400 considering I'm not that into gambling mostly (I'm into trading and LP lately). Monthly signature income was around $300 but this isn't the only income I get considering it's in BTC and fees these days is outrageous so most of the time the money that I gamble were from my trades.

Do I even know my monthly income? I don't think so, and this is because I have multiple ways of hustling and I do not do the average calculation even as the money coming from them all is not so big. Nevertheless, what I can say is that I do not feel it when I deposit into my gambling account, and I can boldly say that it is the amount of money that I can afford to lose that I often deposit. Not only that, I am not an aggressive depositor and bettor, I use my senses, and if I lose all the money in my betting account today, I might wait for about a week or 2 before I replenish the account again. My reason is that I want to always take control of my psychology towards gambling and I do not want anything to push me off the balance. It might start like a play but if one is not careful, such would have been addicted to it.

However, if I should use a percentage of the monthly income to compare what I deposit on average (because I can't use my total betting, that will not be appropriate). It should still be about 5% or thereabout. But note that I do not deposit monthly, there are some months that I will not even bother since I have enough in my gambling account. Also, there are months that I will not have to deposit afresh, I will just move the betting money from one gambling casino/sportsbook to another if that one has better capital that is enough to still share with another.

If we lose, I will immediately end the gambling game and will not decide to continue gambling because that could increase the number of my losses. First of all, the purpose of gambling should be fun, not income. I gamble for fun when I feel I'm having a boring time.  So I don't bet huge amounts because I gamble for fun. And I play casino games because I don't feel the need to bet high amounts. Casino games don't last as long as sports betting, results of casino games are instant, so I find it comfortable to bet in small amounts. So I prefer single bets of max $10 here.  And I gamble maximum 2 days per week in most cases

You don't have to ask for peoples monthly income, the percentage amount is enough, I use lot less than two percent of my income to gamble, this is the amount I can see gone in front of my eye, I have responsibility, a family to feed and bills to pay.

And since I have been gambling I have win only like thrice out of thirty times in gambling, which is why I have reduce my gambling activities a lot but I still do it if the money I can afford to lose is earned and sometimes I just decide not to risk any penny in few weeks in the past.

I prefer to not say my monthly income since I don't find it necessary to discuss. But my set budget for gambling as my leisure is 5% of my salary (daily job, sig campaign and income in my business). My average bet is around $1-$2 in Baccarat (that's the game I usually play).

I'm not like others who have a decent funds when they gamble because i'm just playing during day off to kill time. It's important that we gamble in moderation so that we can control ourselves to stick only to our budget. What matter is you are satisfied everytime you gamble.

But they must really monitor their expenses and not exceed the amount of money because that percentage is for the gambling budget. That's because I've experienced bad things in the past from gambling, so I don't want to experience it again. By playing gambling casually, I can enjoy whatever results I receive. regarding my monthly income is around $400 and regarding the average bet it usually depends on the match I choose because I am a typical bettor who is a little relaxed but if the match is convincing I bet bigger as I usually do.
from my experience the average bet is usually $10-20 and for me this is a very comfortable amount to lose but if the match is very convincing I can usually bet more than $100.

but lately I only bet with an average amount of $10 because in football there are quite a few surprises so my bets aren't too big but for esports bets like Dota 2 I will usually bet $100 because for me the chances of winning are easy to predict.

True I agree to that, there is nothing more advisable in gambling that however you have to apply good self-control in the gambling activities you do, set limits and emphasize awareness, sometimes people who already have a plan or who have applied limits are not infrequently of them forgetting this due to emotions that dominate so of course what they will do is follow their lust and curiosity so that out of control actions occur such as increasing the amount of bets one of them.

That is very good limitation and you only gamble no more than 10% of your income each month, but by adopting an attitude like this it will be able to have quite significant positive effect, one of which is that you can avoid gambling addiction.
You stated that you are not someone who really likes gambling and you stated that you rarely gamble, and if you can continue doing it for long period of time, the gambling activities you do will never affect the finances you manage.
I really want to be gambler like you, but on the other hand, I quite like gambling, even though I can manage my time and money well enough to have self-control and restrictions, it still doesn't allow me to gamble with quite small amounts.
