A list like this requires regular updates (like any similar list), especially if it deals with the reputation of other services. It can be a demanding job and it all depends on the OP and how much time he have to keep it updated.
As far as I can see, there is a gap of 6 months of inactivity here, so that only confirms my conclusion.

I umm... actually update them weekly, during Sunday [initially], but I am well aware that my next update is about one month overdue. Life just currently take the better of me and [though it doesn't justify my lack of weekly update for other "real" cases] most of the cases on SA are currently about BC and INR of which I don't consider as a SA and thus won't add to the list [TBH, it's because if I add those cases that resolves in days after escalated, I'll run out of space very very quickly].

The gap of 6 months inactivity is because an update doesn't bump the thread. And [if I may be honest and didn't mean any offense] I don't want to post a "bump" just to bring this thread to the first page because I don't feel like posting meaningless post and the "bump" post itself is [in my very personal opinion] sounds very narcisisstic.

A Note for Current Bridging Situation Between Players and BC

Hi, without revealing much as I am still honoring their predecessor's trust in me by facilitating me with armies of many division that helps me greatly in getting to the bottom of each cases against BC, as per today, it is with burdened heart that I have to inform the forum and frequent overseers of SA board that I am no longer able to bridge any cases related to BC.

My journey with BC and how we build an army of multi-divisions that helps me assign cases better compared to other casinos who "only" share a contact on compliance or marketing, begin with a head of division that reached me to solve cases, that rapidly evolve into assigning me with many contacts for my perusal as I deem better fitting to handle cases as per their jurisdiction.

Months ago, the said contact informed me that they will take a short vacation, and it was long until I heard from BC that the said contact had to take personal leave. I was promptly assigned another contact to handle the matter in place of the said contact, of whom barely in touch with me and respond to my inquiries.

Today, I woke up to a rather shocking --but acceptable-- decision from the said replacement contact, that BC will now handle everything internally, by themselves, and my help is no longer needed. As such, the contacts also ceased to respond to me.

This is the extent of what I can do. My apology to the forum that I can't contribute more and/or see cases against BC to their ends.

As far as I've noticed, the accusations against bc.game dominate the scam accusation section, and looking from the aspect of demandingness, you shouldn't be sorry that you won't be a part of it anymore.

Looking at all the complaints about them, I followed their sub on Reddit (I happen to be a moderator there), and it's quite obvious that they have neglected customer support as well as their attitude towards users.

We should appreciate it if the BCgame team handles everything internally and resolves the issues quickly. But it won't be acceptable if the users come here by not getting help from the BCgame internal support team. They had introduced a new support agent (representative) in 2023 when a lot of unresolved accusations were made here. And now they are taking a back step from the Bitcointalk forum while a lot of unresolved accusations have appeared in the forum again. I want to add that the BCgame team doesn't cooperate with other mediators as well.

When BC paid out the $7m payout I had thoughts that they would grow in popularity and start to dominate the crypto casino scene, but that was short-lived and the site seemed to go downhill fast shortly after that issue.

They lost their license at 1 point, lost a big court case as well I believe and they switched licenses in order to not pay a customer from what I remember reading. Whether true or false, I had slowly started avoiding their site.

Now as others have pointed out, the scam section is littered with complaints basically focusing on INR deposits totally fucking over the Indian users. Most seemed to have been solved but some of those guys waited weeks to get sorted out. Then you have the KYC shit where users get rejected and only have so many tries. What kind of bullshit support isn't able to answer the users and get shit solved without a bridge from this forum? Imagine how many customers they'd have lost without help. Maybe that was the point? If they don't get these guys verified they can keep their funds?

I would strongly urge users to play elsewhere as this shows me that they are about to go quiet and we are going to see alot more accusations in the near future. Save yourselves the headache and play elsewhere, somewhere that appreciates us.

I should appreciate what you have done for the victims. Even if you can no longer help them with the BC game, your assistance won't be forgotten. I assume the scam accusation board will be filled with scam accusations against the BC game. I hope their official support team will respond to the cases. They were taking weeks and months to solve the cases even with your help, I can imagine how terrible their service will become after end of holydarkness era.

When BC Game got their first problem and came back to clear their debt and started to advise in the forum, I was thinking that everything would be okay and things would be running smoothly for gamblers but the number of the accusations in the SA board increases monthly and if I am not mistaken, BC Game has the highest Scam Accusations in the forum. Umm... thank you for the kind words, but a bit correction, it is not me resigning. It is them finally closing their door on me and refusing my hand. Bridging between casinos and players require active participations from both parties, both the casinos and the players need to accept my offering hand and allow me to bridge. BC simply cease from this.

Call me a masochist [well, I self-proclaimed that one post above], but if it is up to me, I'd prefer to still get my contact in touch with me. I have batch #3 of fiat ready to be launched and batch #4 forming in queue, not to mention several compliance-related things. I don't know what will happen with them after this.

Well, they were offering, years before, when we're first in touch, just like many other casinos, I simply refuse. I need to maintain neutrality, and accepting any kind of compensation from any parties will set a bad precedent. For example, this is a very old message with the predecessor of a predecessor of a predecessor [you'll be surprised by the number of turnover in casinos business].



I believe they decide they don't want free help simply because they're concerned I'll abuse their internal data. After all, to solve cases, I need to see evidences from their side, how their system works and their trade secrets, set for-my-eyes-only.

As for your case... I'll address that there, so we won't be oot.
