Hello everyone, I have a problem and I would appreciate if you could help me.
I have a Trezor with firmware 1.5.2 and I have lost my recovery seed. That's why I can't access my account or update Trezor because everything could be deleted.
I have tried to acces with Electrum but I have not been able to access my account, even with old versions of Electrum.
Does anyone know what can I do?
Thank you very much

What do you mean by you can't access it? are you getting any errors? If so, please show a screenshot.

Either way, it's possible you won't be able to use anything until you update. Most firmware updates are not mandatory, but since it's been a long time[1]... It's possible that there were a few. I don't believe there is a way to skip those[2].

What connections does electrum have with your Trezor, if you connect them and use electrum to broadcast signed transactions from the Trezor wallet then definitely electrum wouldn’t be able to recover your seed phrase because keys or phrases aren’t shared between the two.

If you can’t find the seed phrase it is sometimes risk to update because should anything go wrong you will definitely need to provide the seed phrase. Can you transfer out with updating the firmware first maybe to a new wallet that you have access to the seed then you can update to the latest firmware

Always backup your seed phrase because it gives you access to your coins. It is important than Electrum, Trezor or any wallet that you used for spending your coins.

Do the firmware update and make sure you also update Electrum and see if you will be able to have access to your coins just as OmegaStarScream posted already. I think you should still be able to have access to your coins.

If it is trezor One or Trezor T, likely the physical means of revealing the seed phrase would be the last resort.

Thank you very much to everyone for your help.
I bought Bitcoin a few years ago and I have it saved on a Trezor and never updated it.
The other day I tried to send my Bitcoin to another account but it told me that I have to update Trezor for use it. But I didn't do it because I don't have the recovery seed. I had the recovery seed but I lost it
I spoke to Trezor technical support and they were trying to help me with old versions of Electrum. But we didn't get it. I can see my funds in the Electrum but it won't let me send them.
Do you know any way to recover my Bitcoin?

There is no way to extract or export the seed phrase backup from Trezor that's impossible Trezor will warn you after during wallet creation that never lose your seed backup if this backup is gone you won't be able to access your wallet ever.

The only thing that I think will work is if you can still access your wallet offline and maybe you can able to make unsigned transactions and sign the transactions on an offline device this might work if your Trezor already has access to that device before(I mean wallet file created with your Trezor data).

Do you know any way to recover my Bitcoin?

Trezor's  firmware 1.5.2 dates back to mid of 2017, thus I would try to pair it with the old release of Electrum. All releases can be found here.

The other option would be an attempt of pairing your Trezor with  other clients, let's say, Sparrow, Specter etc, again, by struggling all  releases.

Do you own Trezor One or Trezor model T, and why don't you just update Trezor Suite app and your trezor firmware?
You don't need to enter seed phrase again in trezor during update, unless reset function was activated on your device.
After that you should send coins to other wallet addresses with keys that you are controlling.

Thanks for the answers.
It's the Trezor One.
I don't have a passphrase, just the pin and I know the pin. The problem is that with Trezor it tells me that I have to update it before using it. I can try updating it but there is a risk of losing everything. I wanted to know if there is any way I can send my funds to another wallet without updating.
I have tried all versions of Electrum. Those that are older than version 3.8.0 cannot see my funds. In the newer ones of 3.8.0 I can see my funds but when I try to send them I always get an error. The error is RuntimeError("Process error: Failed to compile output")

I have tried all versions of Electrum. Those that are older than version 3.8.0 cannot see my funds. In the newer ones of 3.8.0 I can see my funds but when I try to send them I always get an error. The error is RuntimeError("Process error: Failed to compile output")
You can try this but I don't have any means to test this myself:
In version 3.3.8 (do not use newer ones since the older versions don't support PSBT of v4.x),
Get your wallet's master public key from "Wallet->Information", if it's not available, you may have to remove your Electrum password. (Trezor hodls the keys anyways)
Then create a watch-only wallet using that xpub via: "File->New/Restore->(New Wallet Name)->Standard Wallet->Use a master key", then let it sync.
In that watch-only wallet, use send to create an 'unsigned transaction' and export it via "Export->..."

In the old version (v2.7.13~v3.0.3), import (Tools->Load transaction->...) that unsigned transaction to your wallet that's connected to Trezor.
Sign it and export the 'signed raw transaction'; Now if you encountered any error, try those versions from 2017, here's the old binaries: download.electrum.org

Then import it back to the newer version and broadcast it.

-edit-
I just recalled, it may require Electrum to be online (synced) to sign if it's not SegWit or if it's too old so this may not work.
Offline signing is only implemented in the later versions: github.com/spesmilo/electrum/issues/3302#issuecomment-379303347

Thanks for the information. I'm going to try it but now I'm working away from home and I don't have the Trezor here to try it. In a month or two I'll come back and tell you if it works or not.
If this doesn't work, I'll try another program like Satscraper told me. Sparrow, Specter...
Thank you very much to all

I just told you that trezor device is not going to ask you for seed words at all when updating software or firmware so there is no risk, but hey do whatever you want.
If you want to do your own thing go ahead, try other wallets like Sparrow, Specter or Exodus, they are all supporting trezor devices.

Yes, I already know that he is not going to ask me for seed words. But if the update goes wrong I can lose my Bitcoin and there is no way to recover it again. I read that sometimes when Trezor is updated it can be deleted and it is necessary to have the seed words and I don't have it. Thank you

I suggest you keep contacting Trezor about this. They might be more helpful but in case you decide to go with this and take the risk, I would highly suggest you go through the changelogs I gave above first, I'm not sure which update was it, but I believe that at some point (a couple of years back), there was an update where they explicitly mentioned that it would wipe the device.
