The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

The problem has been resolved today. He can confirm.

Firstly, we doesn't receive mail. Probably a bug.
Secondly, quentiin thought he could withdraw bitcoins, or we're just a trading platform.

We send 50€ with Paypal.
In addition, we made a gesture of goodwill, and we offer 30€.
