I see you have a great site that provides house edge games, slot machines, and table games. I'm sure you'll also add a sportsbook in the future. Maybe you need to create a thread with images to make your ANN easier to understand and make members more interested to visiting your site. You can purchase Cooper members to be able to display images

Wanted to give a first, light review on your website, but looks like its down , getting error "Internal Server Error".
Not very pro start for your launch if your site is down second day after you started it.
The site is working fine from my end.
When a website is new, the owner can have many issues. People learn from their experience and we all needs to give them the time and be supportive.

A warm welcome to this forum. As some others also said about starting marketing to spread the brand name all over the forum is one of the most effective marketing. Hopefully, the team will take it seriously.

Btw I have read some parts of the terms (The wager requirements). and I am amazed to see that once someone has some wagering requirement they can not wager with the Rush and Crash game. Its not that cute. The only reason its forbidden its because you can beat thousands in wager with almost no risk at those games.

Are you sure about it? More than 90% of the casino doesn't count the wager of in-house games if the user takes any bonus (like deposit bonus). There is nothing exceptional on MoonClub Smiley.

Yes it is normal in most casino where in-house games does not contribute toward wagering requirement when player take a bonus such as deposit bonus. The question here is about the above quoted term "not allowed to wager", does it mean what players who take a bonus will be banned if they play in house game? What "not allowed" means here? If it works like in other casino, I think the best terms should be "in-house game does not contribute towards wagering requirement". Just a bit strange if players are not allowed to wager in some games while having an active bonus.

But if the casino or any platform doesn't do that, then we can consider them to have a hidden agenda that no one can tell what they are up to. This is why once in a while one should make it a duty to always revisit the TOS to be on the safer side. Many find out about T&C changes only when they have issues with the casino and such is being pointed out to them.

I guess people could check the casino if they have something feature like if they type their email and subscribe to newsletter they can able to receive those updates that they like to see. But if they are not really into this and still try to seek for their presence I guess locating them on social media is really better since they can receive an update base on their new posted promotions or articles.

We can automatically say they have agenda and maybe we should rise up this topic to their management so that they could do some proper good action related to what you do.

I checked your terms and conditions of service and I was as amazed by what I saw;

While I'm not necessarily saying it's OK, these are pretty standard clauses from general services/websites particularly the continued use = agreeing to terms. If I have to guess, it's probably to protect themselves in case things go south.

It is obvious that most of these policy changes by casino sometimes seems funny and what most of them do is that they fail to inform their customers mind you, they always have it in the back of their mind that if anything goes south, they would hold unto the terms and conditions of service you agreed to against you which is not good and we all know it was drafted in the sense that it would favour them to any extent they want it.

Irrespective of how big or small the changes effected by the casino is, it is pertinent that they always pre inform their customers and also do well to inform them after they would have been through updating their terms of services just as they give everyone member of their platform prior notification to their sudden maintenance same way they should be able to inform their clients of possible changes in terms of services so they would be aware of it.
