I don’t think this applies to me, because I don’t have a fixed time for gambling so I’m not even sure if I’ll gamble that day; sometimes I just feel bored and then decide to log into my account to play some games.

And I think it boils down to two:

Whether we win or lose. If we play to let's say blackjack or anything that involves skills specially poker, we feel like sense of accomplishment, as we beat a lot of players and becoming a champion. Of course there is financial gains to all of us winning big in a casino and regardless of the amount, we go home very proud of what we have accomplished.

But it's the opposite when we lose, it's a combination of different emotions, guilt, frustrated, disappointment. As per my experience, there's a lot of things going into my mind. Guilt when I should have stop earlier if I still have the money. And losing lead to disappointment and frustration, and even blame ourselves on how bad luck I am on that particular night and even promised not to play anymore. But the next day, you go back and gamble again.

Honestly, even ten minutes before engaging a casino. I'm still very much  occupied with work or other things that i I'm not having any different feeling for the gambling session until its time to login, reason being that there's time for it and its my  relaxation time that I designated to it.
