It was only network issues I was made aware of after I was left stranded at a super store having bagged my purchases and wanted to pay.
Omo, that day be like film o, I begin dey try explain but no evidence truly o, because network dey, but Opay no gree work. That na why e good to be a known customer sha, because I no gree return the purchase o, make hunger no kpai person. I later do their transfer to them early the next morning...whew!
As for the scammers I don't think I have come across one yet, but seeing it's a banking app, I wouldn't just login or submit my details based a prompt notification I received to do so and also because my experience from even chatting with their customer care service will educate one on questions that matter, and those that don't.
A scammer will want to have more precise details and private ones too and that's they don't care about your issues.
Well, the Opay app has sure has more customers than before and this was one issue of concern in the first place when they became operational. All of a sudden, Dem begin dey get network issues and steady upgrade o.
That day many people were disappointed by opay part be say opay na one of the fastest online bank wey people like so dem get enough customers so when the thing happened a large number of people stranded and complained. I was in a POS point when di matter soak me . And at first I think say na my network dey do am but there was network browsing with other things so asked the operator to check his own too and it was then we came to discovered that it was from the opay network. But the matter was resolved in the night.
And coming to the scamming. First and foremost I will thanks everyone in this forum because this forum really educated me on scam matter so right now I no think shey any scammer go fit succeed me again.
