Prioritizing mental health is something everyone should do, the first step to this is recognizing the value of self-care.. This has to do with
Engaging in things that keeps us relaxed and adds to our personal growth... these might include
Going to the gym
Reading
Listening to music  and so on
A very crucial aspect of mental health is engaing in honest and open communication (therapy) ...talking to someone and expressing your feelings and also seeking support are ways of maintaining good mental health.

Taking care of our mental health is a lifelong journey which might not be easy for people going through depression..it's important to seek therapy.
Remember you cannot be productive if your mental health is unstable..your mental health is as important as your physical health

Happiness is directly related to mental health, it is actually the key ingredient in our mental health. The absence of happiness is the reason many people suffer depression and all manners of mental health related issues.

As much as possible, happiness should be pursued. Our concern should be on doing those things that make us happy, things we love doing. We should endeavor to connect with friends and family because they can be very helpful in adding to our happiness. Memories alone is one good source of happiness. There are friends and family members that always make us bring good memories, these are the people that should be treasured and brought closer while those that always remind us of all the bad things of this world be avoided.

The mood which you're in affects whatever you're doing and whatever you engage in reflects the state of your mental health.  Everything we do in life is a product of what we were thinking about at that point in time and the quality of our outputs reflects our mental health status.

To remain very much productive and effective in our endeavors, one should take serious Care of their mental health. You should prioritize yourself and do things that make you happy and relaxed, create time for recreation and relaxation. Make sure to be optimistic about yourself at all times. Your failures aren't a reflection of who you're, instead its a motivation to upgrade yourself and improve your efficiency.

We need to understand that its okay and acceptable to make mistakes, reason being that it creates avenues for our continuous learning and we should stop taking our failure personal. You should learn that if you had a bad day at work , your basic understanding of the situation should be this:-
"I didn't perform like I had wanted today, how do I improve?"
Instead of
"I don't do well in work, I'm becoming useless, or I'm a  bad and incompetent  employee".

 Being positive about oneself boosts self confidence, promotes high self-esteem and keeps you mentally sound to be open to learning, upgrade yourself and perform optimally.

It will be meaniless for someone to work hard and spend it in health why you should have used your money to take care of your health. Just as you have listed many things that will make people leave long like listening to music, goin' to gym and many other things.

The problem people do have with mental health is that some people don't even knows what makes them to be happy,  and what they can do to be happy.  They just allow difficult situations,  painful things to rule over them. It is very important for everyone to check their mental health if it is really good for them.so many lost their life because they lack understanding to help themselves to be free from mental stress.  It is important for one to try to do things that will help  to be free from mental stress.

A person can only have happiness if he has enough money to do the things that make him or her happy. Things are way more expensive these days. To do activities that make you happy costs a lot. I love going to the beach, going out for recreational activities, playing games online, and cooking good food. These are the things that make me feel happy when I do them, but i cannot do them all the time because i am not financially stable. I only do some of them once in a while. What I am saying is that we should get money, and a happy life will look good on us.

There is this problem with most person that I have discovered and that is the issue of not knowing themselves in respect of displeasing themselves and pleasing others, some people find it very difficult to actually tell someone NO, maybe they feel they will displease by the answer they give to the person so in other to make others happy they go as far doing things that will cost them their own happiness just to fulfill the state of all righteousness which if you ask me is really absurd and foolish.

Mental health is the greatest thing we need on earth.cause if you don't have it you are gone.money lifestyle enjoyment all are always there but with our mentel health you can't have all of that cause money can't buy it.even joy can't give it to you.you need to have a good health to be happy.its importance is what we all need to grow older and stay strong.

I my case I call this having a life, most people don't seem to understand need for daily activities like going to the gym, going on social events etc, this helps us to reduce a lot of mental stress and also helps boosts dopamine daily for us to have a healthy mind for work.

Mental health is very closely connected to how you feel towards yourself, it's quality give rise to your self-respect , which includes your emotions, social well-being,and phycological aspect of our lives ,and also display our ways of feeling, doing things and thoughts. Mental health plays a key role in knowing how we interact with people ,decide what we want  perfectly and ways to handle stress. In all stages of our lives,mental health is important from your childhood to adulthood. It is a very essential aspect of health that supports every individuals and joint abilities in order to decide ,setup and model relationships , community and the world at large. It is good to be sound mentally because it helps us in good productivity, creativity,extend our life span and make our learning abilities better.e.t.c

This is a very crucial part of us that should not be overlooked. I don't know how one can function well when you're down mentally. I like those suggestions you mention and i want to add meditation. Really reflecting on your actions and finding the next step. Try chop well e dey help most time
