Unless someone tracked some Saudi Arabian whales' wallets, and they had huge transactions of Bitcoin purchases, otherwise they are just rumors maybe on social media from them which we can't really confirm. Bitcoin price now. Has raised significantly more than 5% in these previous two days, and many people are saying that is the bull run started already. Personally, It's a chance for me buying this dip and waiting for the market to move up and I don't have any pacific or exact time to buy or get bothered if the price go lower once again and create more chances for people who missed the last dip.

Unfortunately, I can't follow all the technical analysis about market now, I know the halving is coming in April so people would have to buy and stock large amounts of bitcoin.

But I have no claim if that strategy is right or wrong as we can make our own way of earning because what is important is that we all reach our main goal - PROFIT. If the person asking is a newbie or someone who is still a junior, I don't think it's wrong to ask, because it doesn't mean he doesn't believe in Bitcoin. If you believe there will be a new ATH for Bitcoin during the next bull season, don't hesitate to buy now. The current price rise of Bitcoin about 5% is nothing in my opinion. Even though we have seen a massive rally in Bitcoin prices for the last 2 to 3 months but this does not mean that we are at the top. I think bitcoin will reach 100K or even more in this bull market and considering this, you can continue to buy bitcoin under 50K.
I think bitcoin is still valued at cheap and a price under 50K is like a buy button for bitcoin and keep it safe for 1.5 years (the bull market period).

Yes bitcoin has very potential to reach $100k because btc already make a ATH of $68k before if btc really follow the 4 year cycle then we will the bitcoin price of $100k soon because the 4 year cycle time will reach soon. the first high ATH was $20k in 2017 and the second big ATH  was 68k which is almost 3.2x then previous ATH rate. so if btc price still happen like before then $100k is easy target for next ATH soo anyone can buy btc now and hold long time to reach 100k target

I also don't think it's possible for Bitcoin to hit $10,000 but I never agree with those who think it's possible. But you are right DCA method is best to invest in bitcoins those who are investing bitcoins with DCA method are getting more success in investing. Bitcoin market improved by $48969 and started dumping again and reached $38555. Prices will increase as time goes by, will there be another big correction with the numbers you mentioned of course we can't be sure whether this will happen again but what is clear is that keep collecting while the market still provides lots of opportunities, even though at the moment it looks expensive but in the future the price will looks very cheap if BTC reaches a figure above its ATH again.
