well my country people una well done,I dey see how the local board don go well. so many new person don join we local board and we dey expect them also to do well out there. even with the current issue of off topics we still dey see say some of these post no make sense while some still at least dey let person discuss. make we newbies Dem try reduce hand for all these kind post as e no good at all. well, that one no be watin carry me come here today. the thing be say I some how dey vex for we people wey dey our local board. although, I no get right to any body decision o but I want talk on how we take dey distribute our merit. for long, we don see how merit take dey hard for we local board and sometimes better quality post dem go dey but no merit. this one no clear at all. we get some people Dem wey don try apply for merit source to tay make merits still flow for we local board but till now nothing from the admins Dem.

now, from my experience from other local board, I don notice say even as these people Dem get merit source. the number of merit wey dey full dem loca board no be even from Dem merit source but from members of dem local board. why then our own come dey different. we know say the only merit source wey we get for here na @ cryptopreneurbrainboss and that man dey try well well for every body here. also we come dey get extra help from @ hugeblack and @ 1miau. these people Dem try at least to dey check up on we local board when possible.

my question now for us be say where una dey carry una smerit go. I no get right to ask but, e no go make any sense to see so many senior men for we local board wey normal we know say Dem go get this merit why then una no dey help distribute am for here. e no sharp at all say una dey carry una merit go give other people for out side then una dey leave una own people dry. we be one people and as Nigerians, make we still try dey help our selfs. when you come across better post wey u no say suppose collect merit, if you get 1 or 2 just drop am commot. abeg make we try dey do correct things. this wan go also help our board even dey more active and people Dem wey dey wan drop off topic go reduce as them see say correct post den dey collect correct merit, them go try harder create better topic for discussion.

People wey apply for merit source sorpos dey show concern and seriousness about wetting them dey apply for. Exactly bro the spam rate have increased in the board and it the reason why i also don’t fancy this board like before and if we don’t get a moderator soon managers might stop accepting posts from this board to count for their campaigns.

I don observe say na newbies de flood the board, the number of posts made in the local de surprising because anytime i check my telegram notifications the number of naija board posts de pass every other one and most of them are not deserving my contributions so i don’t even bother myself.

Alot of higher ranks don warn against spam and off topic posts but them just de ignore am which is really discouraging lots of this higher ranks to merit posts. There are few members that make quality posts here though so all this spam posts no fit stop us from meriting quality posts. I believe na wetin fit encourage them to improve their post quality.

Exactly  thanks for the word "Milking"  but I think there're more topics worth engagement  just as we have the odd ones .
Thus, we all know the reason for quality  post and it will always be for merit , thus shitty  post rise for same reason either from frustration or to meet up with post count or just to make a post for activity(rampant among noobs).

I concur to your speech here in reference to the board that your most active can be where one can abtained the merrit.  Just like my people always say is where you work you expect salary or wages. But with my little observation I can still say that the merrit issue could be slow do to many joining the board it could be the merrit is not always enough now population has increased online when the population of the platform is few, but the two major merrit source I know that don't hassitate when ever it comes to merritable topic is brainbox and hugeblack I know others are trying but let them still do more we all appreciate and remain thankful.

Honestly you table a very big issue on this our local board. I dey hail you on how you dey try for this our board but the matter long and I never see it coming to an end soon until we are able to get moderator for this our local board. I don observe other local boards too, their merit sharing style and their posting style too but to be honest we can not compare ourselves with them. We no coordinate ourselves here properly like the way some board dey coordinated. We are not the only board with newbie ranks but see how the board is littered with plenty useless and related topics with new topics coming up every single day. You don ever see any thread here with like 5-6 or more pages of discussion before? Most of the thread here na 1 or 2 page highest with repetition of thread in different styles.

Some local board out there have a thread for specific dimensions and they are keeping to it accordingly. If I remember well, we sef try to recreate something like that but nothing is working right. Boss, I understand your point but me I no dey support that kind idea because of this saying "if you don't take part in decision making, fools will make decisions for you to obey". All of us here are identified as Nigerians and we need our collective effort to make it work the best way we want it.
