I am not sure if this thread should belongs to this board or not. I feel like this should be on the service discussion board. Never mind let me join. More powered AI means more help for the people. But, as you can see, we are seeing new AI spammers every day who just copy and paste AI responses in this forum and other forums as well. The internet is loading with AI-generated content and when you contact someone, you never know if the response came from a human or not. I am very much afraid of AI after watching a short film. I hope people won't misuse it. More power, more possibility to misuse it.
Why is it not good for this board? The news was published on a media website that came into existence by sharing news about Bitcoin and other cryptos. I do not see any harm in sharing it as we do not discourage the use of AI for improving grammar, as that is what I was quoted by a known legend.
- Using an AI to "farm accounts" by just demanding it to respond as human is surely discouraged, but should not be considered plagiarism. Usually, when an LLM produces a response, it is pretty unique and the user possesses the rights.
- Using an AI to correct grammar should be encouraged. I ignore countless of posts, because I'm tired trying to make sense out of them.
Again we need to understand that creating replies using AI and creating topics using AI is not accepted. I know a few of the AI buster team would not agree with this and they would promote grammar assistance which itself is now promoting AI. I sometimes have so much confusion as to why there are so many differences within the community. Some volunteers do not consider AI as a solution and there is the world even Google which allows websites to use their products AI for free and rank up in the SERP. IMO, the MODS should decide which is bad and what is good now, rather we fighting against each other and coming up with nothing.
