I'm a tech guy. But a friend of mine started building small dwellings (under 400sq feet) as a hobby and decided it might be a good bitcoin business. So we're launching it!

The idea is simple: we provide small dwellings, ready to move in to, for affordable pricing. We can custom tailor your dwelling to include whatever you need and can deliver year round. Prices are very affordable compared to even a small, modest, starter home in a rural area.

Delivery takes a bit of time as both of us are still working our full time jobs (I own a software and IT firm, he does general contracting) but the quality is very high. Our goal is to provide affordable housing alternatives within the bitcoin economy.

If anyone is interested in knowing more, please contact me directly at marketanarchist@ymail.com

Thanks!

Any pictures or website with more info?  I'm interested in the concept and would like to see what the places look like when finished.

We're working on both of those now. Because we were just doing it for a hobby, we didn't take any really usable pictures and, of course, no website yet. That will hopefully change within a week or two though. Will keep you updated.

Interesting... I would love to see pictures and more description as well.  Potentially interested.

If you're searching these lines for a point, you've probably missed it.  There was never anything there in the first place.

Are you saying you will ship a small building? Or is this only available to people in your area?

I was wondering that also. Is it a kit?

Does it come pre-assembled?
If not, on a scale (1-10), how hard do you think it would be to set it up?

Also, what would be the required tools?
Are there any blueprints or this a lego-style where I can change the layout day-to-day?

I'm terrible at envisioning sizes, but are the shacks in the pic about the same size?

Simcity taught me all you need is a road and electricity to upgrade this zone.

under 400 sq ft = smaller than 20'x20' (or 6 x 6 meters), so yes, pretty much the same size.

This temporary garage is 20'x20', so this size or smaller:

This portable building is 16x16 = 256 sq ft:

It's crazy to think how much house people think they need these days. They laugh at my small house built in the '30's because it's only like 850 sq ft. But it's solid. I was driving through a neighborhood last night where the houses were at least 2500 sq ft each and go up to 5100. They looked absolutely horrible. They looked cheap. You know it's bad when people look at your house and say "Is that an apartment building?"

85' x 10' also equals 850 ft:
