Its not that you do accept loses but you should anticipate those loses so that it wont really be making out that kind of sudden spike of emotions which would lead into that desperate measures or actions.
This is really the key on here on which its not making yourself that being that desperate so that you wont really be having that kind of consequences on which it could happen to everyone who do deal off with this space. I have this problem, and based on my personal experience, I find that sometimes I get challenged but not too greedy because I don't have a problem quitting when I'm winning. However, when I'm losing, that's where my struggle lies.

When I am over confident I make a stupid move and the result will be losing my capital fully. This always happens to me when I am playing crash. I have now stopped playing it because of my stupidity. It has happened to me in so many times and later on I realized that after a certain point I tend to become overconfident. This risky approach has costed me a good amount of money and for the time being I am planning to take a break from gambling.

I think taking a break is probably the best decision to make,  and I wouldn't really call it over confidence it's actually greed , my reason for saying this is because even when you were constantly making profit you weren't satisfied, I also have this experience with crash games that's why I can relate to this, I've lost a lot in crash games due to greed and trying to chase my losses... when you are trapped in that cycle of playing constantly you can never win, people always say that the only way to win gambling is to win and run away.. I'm also with you on this I've decided to take a long break

The few that take a break from gambling only do that after consecutive losses and this is something I confider incomplete because if a gambler did not learn to take break during major wins, there are high chances that most of the winnings will return to the casino. At first you must seriously work on your emotions then after which you must also learn how to control your taste for money especially when you feels like doubling your money. Yes no one can attach much emotion losing 100$ from his 10k salary and of course we know that it's actually minimal but it shouldn't be what could affect one emotions because is that huge even we still find it that hard to lose it in gambling, but still we can still reduce our gambling time and days to enable people be able to use 100 for the week or month maybe such person would not regularly gamble and could pick days and favourite weeks to gamble with that such person can mainly reduce their emotions.

Yeah, emotion will start to pump high when you experience something that hypes you up, just like what you mentioned about that experienced chasing loses is normal expecially when you are already attached to that game, you feel that you can make it when luck perits you to win, though most of the time when you start winning you feel the urge of keep playing, not unless you are wise and you manage to quit before you lose back all those money that you recover,.

To be honest, at that moment I was also losing and my emotions were so out of control that I made another deposit at least so I could keep betting. But the point is, I didn't have a plan to double my bet and I didn't have a plan to chase my losses. In essence, I just wanted to keep betting because the losses I experienced made my balance run out but yes, in the end I still lost even though I had made deposits again and again.

After a long time passed, I chose to take a break which means I chose to quit. That way at least I didn't continue the losing streak I was on at the time. But,  if you ask how to win when emotions are like that, I think to win is with luck. Because if you don't have that luck factor, then you're either just going to lose, or it's better to quit at that moment.

If you're doing the same thing that you're also depositing, isn't it like you're also chasing your loss from gambling at the casino you're playing at, dude? I think no matter how much income we have if we only bet a small amount like 2-3% of the total amount of income we have it should not disturb your mental and psychological when it is lost, from the beginning being involved in gambling is your own desire and you should have known that gambling is a risky activity, meaning you should have been able to make peace with the state of defeat when it happens to you, especially if you only bet with a minimal amount, because everyone who has a minimal approach also does that.

I am sorry for your spent money, however, I hope you will get a win next time, improved from the last time you had a situation like that. For me, it's always better to find the strength to take a break if the day isn't mine and there are no games that would change that. When you mentioned it takes courage to quit, I thought you were going to point out you managed to quit one of your sessions while you were experimenting a losing streak.  
What stops you from cutting your losses when you realize you are already losing money in the first place? Do you harbor some hope on getting the total of your balance back into your wallet? Because that is one of the least advisable things a gambler is supposed to do and I mentioned it in my previous post. How expectations can ruin you.

If I was you, I would rather try to set and tighter gambling budget and not to get carried away by whatever is going in your mind.

For that same reason, when we play to avoid losing , We have to withdraw the money that we are willing to withdraw, we have to do it, it does not matter if it is little, if the casino gives us the option to withdraw 10usd and we have 11usd in our balance, why think about it ? If we leave that balance there, it is very easy for it to go away because our emotions cannot play badly, our mind too, that is why above all we have to have control with our money, it is quite unpleasant that we play a lot and because of impulses we lose everything.

I think that's why luck is still an important factor in any type of gambling, although I understand that skills and knowledge can be applied to increase chances but we must understand that all of that is nothing more than a tool to increase the chances of winning and not to ensure or guarantee that the team you choose will really win at the end of the match.
Often I find elite teams that are defeated by middle teams or even teams that are much weaker in terms of performance, and I have also lost money several times because I was too sure that the team I chose would win.
