Is there any reliable DEX-exchange where there is the possibility to swap USDT (on TRON/TRX network) to Bitcoin?

I have found a few reliable, but usually they only support USDT on ERC-20 network.

Any help or input would be greatly appreciated!

You can make such an exchange here (for example) https://simpleswap.io/. But why don't you want to use the services of an exchanger? You can choose an exchanger here (for example) https://www.bestchange.com/tether-trc20-to-bitcoin.html. Or you can make such an exchange on an exchange that does not require KYC, such as MEXC. DEX usually has higher commissions than exchangers or CEX.

P.S. I am not advertising or recommending anything. The information and links are provided as a reference.

You can't, since BTC is on Bitcoin network only, and you can't find it on Tron, Ethereum or any other chain, you may find pegged versions but they are not real and doesn't have security of native BTC.

Give up possibility to find BTC elsewhere except on Bitcoin network itself and swap your Tron USDT to native BTC via instant exchanges. Aside from what Xal0lex suggested above, myself use SwapSpace, it's aggregator of instant exchanges.

If you're really into privacy, then you will have to avoid altcoins like USDT. If you deal mostly in BTC, LTC, Monero, Dash. You are mostly likely going to find a few instant exchanges that completely don't require KYC and have tor mirrors.

Most of such instant exchanges don't support USDT. Those that support USDT especially TRC20 may ask for KYC verification from you at any time after blocking your funds.
