Hello i'm Jannn, i'm posting this thread ON BEHALF of my friend, because he has some issues with 500.casino regarding a bonus that got applied
and he's unable to register on this forum due to this issue here >

so he's unable to post and resolve his problem with 500 casino then.
so i'm opening the thread on his behalf, and i'll give his direct contact / link any representatives of the casino WITH HIM any time it's needed, ok ?

Here's the scope of what happened.

What happened:: I just registered on 500 casino and I decided to make use of the initial deposit bonus I noticed i'll have the wager 40x of my initial deposit to claim my real money back or i'll still losse all on the 13th of febuary, it looked quite impossible for me and I decided to forfeit the bonus and make a withdrawal, I then found out ill loose everything including my initial deposit, I spoke to the support about it and they only returned my forfeited bonus back to my account but i just need my real money back and not the bonus, as the conditions are not favourable and i believe as a customer, i do should reserve the right to '' forfeit '' a bonus any time, if i wish so without any implications.

The welcome package doesn't mention about forfeiture of both bonus balance and initial deposit when a player do not meet the wager requirement. Can you also share the image the chat support sent that's supposed to explain the way a player loses the initial deposit? - it's the "45.png". What I saw from their general terms and conditions on bonuses that's related to the case is this

That`s also what I saw when checking the bonus terms and that made me reach out to our 500 Casino contact via email, asking how they handle the forfeiture of a bonus. I haven´t heard back but will jump in as soon as they respond.

On a general note - some more info about the scenario could be helpful, such as the actual balance when the bonus was canceled etc.

sorry that this is all about your friend, but why has it also happened that you're loaded with lots of negative feedbacks on your profile, have you also been into something shady in the past or what, while concerning your friend issue, don't you think even your own reputation already is a bad omen on getting his case attended to from other forum members since you're not that free from been allegated also, your friend should contact their customer helpline, it could have been easier if the platform has their representative here but unfortunately not.

You right on everything you said, except that it's not fine for me (and should not be for anyone) to be '' accused '' of things you have not done.
This i cannot tolerate/allow to pass without commenting/replying.
Because i might have asked for loan in the past (this forum has no use for me, reason why i spent 2 years without coming here) then being accused of having '' bought '' the account just because i asked for a loan after spending 2 years out of here.

After discussing with the team, they have agreed to remove the bonus funds, and return your initial deposit (non-bonus). This is provided that you did not spend the latter.

UPDATE: My mistake, please ignore the previous message. I just got an updated response that as the bonus funds were wagered (i.e. the bonus terms were accepted), the real money conversion will be unable to be processed.
