In most Africa countries, their leaders are corrupt and they hardly do things well. I do always think of how we as member of the community can help to improve our economy. If our leaders has failed us, I believe we shouldn't fail ourself. We can still do something that can impact at least little growth to our economy

This is very real when a leader has fear of their god so that when deciding something they will think about the interests of their people and they will also give all the knowledge they have to advance and prosper their people and this of course will make their hearing develop like What you said is that people will not be afraid to run their businesses and other people who want to invest in that country will certainly be very interested. In my opinion, this happens more in third world countries and it may also be the reason why these countries have much weaker economies than the rest of the world. Aside the problems that originated from the beginning, every country have their own problems but based on how civilized the country is they will have a good strategy to tackle what ever problem they have. When you study must if thsi countries during the industrial era they put a lot of effort in building up their selfs and that is one of the reasons they are still doing very well by now.  And some countries are to relaxed when other's were working really hard. Now that they have gone far that others are middle. This shows that leadership is important in every economy when their is no good leadership then the economy will be affected. And if it is about leadership African countries are lacking behind even as they were colonized by British people. Africans are greedy and that is why we are still in the same position. The moment we change our leaders then we will also have a great improvement in economy and leadership and that is what we need currently.
